Hotel has a very modern architecture, enhanced with abstract paintings and black and white combination of color. Location is great - in the heart of the city, a loot of sight is near by so you can visit by foot. Stuff is very friendly and open to help. Rooms are very comfortable and clean - matrasses are new, so you can actually get a good night sleep. There is a free cot if you are visiting with a baby (babies stay for free). Breakfast is standard self service table, but with enough different food to chose from. The hotel is smaller in size, so there are not too many people at the same time.
Hotel doesn't have an elevator - while stuff is there to help, it is problematic if you are caring your baby and a stroller.
Hotel doesn't have its own parking, there is a public parking outside, which you can pay for daily ticket at the hotel, but there is no guarantee that you will find space.

Windows have poor isolation from steel noise
Also the curtain shutters were poor, failures to stop outside light enter the room at early morning

Perfect location, delicious breakfast and the option for a paid parking in front.
The towels and bedding are pretty much used, with spots and some of them damaged.

hard to find a parking spot, you could easily hear the people talking or coughing next room over, even though it says it is noice canceling room

Location is perfect, in the center of the city. Breakfast was good and the room clean and cozy. The main recommendation for this hotel goes to the staff who were great.
I did not find anything to dislike.
Just one notice: We have parked 100m away and the parking is limited, but the staff took care for that! So, first hour just in case the parking should be payed, and notify the receptionist where did you place the car (write down the name of the street).

Surprisigly nice hotel for 3stars.Beautiful design,small but tasty breakfast and very nice staff.
I specifically booked a room with double bed,(and received confirmation for it)as we travel with a toddler that sleeps with us.I was unpleasantly surprised to get a room with 3 single beds that we had to move next to one another.No need to say it is not comfortable for someone to sleep where the beds join,less so for a kid that could fit between the mattresses,as we could stuff a whole thick blanket in the space.
The room was nice and clean,but as we moved the beds toghether,of course under one of them there was a thick layer of dust.

We stayed here for a night on our way back home from Greece. The location is great being in the heart of the city with many places very very close (restaurants, bars, fast foods, supermarkets and even a shopping street / shopping center very close),
The room was very nice, we loved the good taste of the design and the ingenious placement of the bathroom.
The reception staff was very nice and helpful. They also took care of the public paid parking space right in from of the hotel which is nice.
The breakfast was beyond our expectation for the hotel, we really appreciated the attention given to it despite the fact that the hotel is not a big one.
We will definitely stay here if we visit Nis again.
Everything could be amazing if the upkeep was done with more attention. The bathroom furniture has some wear and tear sings and although the towels were clean, they had some small holes in them, a sign that they should be changed. Not a big deal for us though since they were clean.
This in understandable though after 2 years of pandemic times in a rather small town in Serbia.

When I arrived I requested another room and the staff was able to give me a better one as I wanted a space with more natural light. Sanja made sure to help everytime I needed something, like a taxi or an iron for instance. The hotel is right on a cobblestone street with bars and cafés so you don't need to suffer looking for options to hang out. the fortress is 10 min away walking, which is great for an afternoon or morning walk.
The breakfast was basic. Not many options on the menu but it was enough to kickstart the day. Some appliances like the lamp were not working and some others might need to be replaced for newer ones.
