My group stayed here and really enjoyed it! The place was clean, and my friends loved the hot tub!

House was perfect for the size of our family and just a short drive to the mountains.

Great layout adn location with beautiful fireplace. Lots of beds & room. but Drafty & Cold in some rooms, dishwasher broken, no window shades, dated.

Having stayed at many vacation rentals this is one of my least favorable experiences. The location to Killington is close and the property maintanence staff were responsive... that was about it. The hot water lasts for enough time for a quick shower for 1. On new year's eve we had no hot water and no one could shower after an active day! The dishwasher was broken. The faucets and appliances are heavily dated. Overall I'd say it should be listed at half the price it was at best.

As soon as we got into this old property, the immediate sense of lack of cleanliness was notable. There were many big spots on the carpets and sofa, but no big deal. The sheets and linen were slightly used, and with old stains. No big deal. Under the couches and beds there were layers upon layers of dust. Dust bunnies, literally. My mother was disgusted and she mopped the floor on day one (wish i took a picture of the very black water in the bucket). There was a wood stick popping out from a chipped area in the floor, so we had to remove it fearing someone will get hurt. We were disappointed, but lets make the best out of our stay without thinking about the bad stuff. But i wish we took pictures of all these issues. I wish i called them immediately and complained about all this instead of just been a nice guest. I got an email from the management that i will be charged extra for what she wrote, "extremely dirty" , which is wrong because (under the direction of our mother) we did our best to clean it before we left. With the exception of a burnt frying pan which i admit we didnt clean very well. We assumed that a paid cleaning fee will cover the dishes. A small crayon mark in the wall, that probably we didnt even do. Some bread crumbles or a candy wrap here and there. Thats not the definition of "extremely dirty". I tried to explain all this to management with back and forth email messages, to no avail. In fact, i wish management can answer this review and publish all the pictures that they took so the public can judge for themselves if it was "extremely dirty" or not. They are blaming us for it and charging us a significant extra fee. So unprofessional, and irritating. If you have no other option or it is too late to cancel, just photograph everything and have them come personally to inspect the damages before they blame and charge you for it. Very disappointed with VRBO hosting glorified places like these. All in all, God bless.

This was a perfect spot for our group of skiers . So close to the mountain. The private hot tub was great The kitchen was well stocked.
