Excellent location, refurbished rooms and a great stay overall

The hotel is located on the main Protaras strip and right on the beach. Location wise it is in an excellent position, so easy to get to everywhere. The rooms have all been refurbished and feel brand new. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

It’s an old hotel and the communal areas do need updating. These will be done next year we were told. Apart from that we would definitely stay again.

Very good!

The hotel is quite good, with very nice big rooms, big bathroom and a balcony, all newly renovated, although the hotel itself is an old construction. It is just on the beach, which is a big benefit. The staff is very friendly, particularly the reception, for which I would like to thank them a lot! We will be back.

The breakfasts were the same every day, while dinner was very good.

relaxing stay and very good location

the room was refurbished and the bed was big and very cozy. we enjoyed the room a lot. very friendly staff the breakfast was sufficient and it was ok. mot excellent but above ok.

the hotel in general is old and needs renovation. its an old 4 class style hotel not new. except the rooms. little space for parking the dinner was nothing special and a bit of poor. not a lot of options. the desserts we did not even wanted to try.

Location and nice reception crew.

Didn't get water with dinner. Not clean. The waiter was pushy. No watermelon 🍉. There was water leaking from the bathroom to the room.

The location was superb, right on the beach with stunning views of Protaras beach and Fig Tree Bay. It was a fantastic value for money budget hotel, and I loved that everything was within walking distance - restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. I didn't even need to use my car! The coastal pedestrian road was perfect for leisurely morning and afternoon walks. The staff at Iliada Beach Hotel went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

One of the best things about Iliada Beach Hotel is its awesome location, where you don't even need a car to explore the area. The hotel's location is unbeatable - close to everything, from the main strip to restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. Being a budget-friendly option, it offers excellent value for money. Although the hotel is older, the renovated rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The easy access to the beach and the mesmerizing view of Fig Tree Bay made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is actually on a very clear beach

However, the photos you showed us do not represent reality. We are talking about an old hotel with inadequate breakfast facilities. You have to bring your own chair or table because there isn't enough for all the people. Regarding parking, you're right that there is a parking space on the side. However, it can only accommodate 20 cars. If the hotel has booked more than 20 rooms, you'll have to walk about 1 km to the public parking area. In the hot summer, it's better not to mention that they have parking, as it's only available for the first 20 cars. Additionally, it's advisable to bring your own toolbox, as most of the things in the hotel are broken.

Urgent renovation needed.

This hotel needs urgently renovation. You cannot advertise 4 star hotel and offer facilities for a hotel apartment. mattress very old, doors very old, breakfast very pour for a four star. basements, elevators very dirty. the beach very nice.

We could pay for an apartment and have better conditions/
