Amazing location, right in the center of Denia. Lots of restaurants a couple of steps (literally) from the door. Close to the castle, supermarket, station, easy to reach the beach through tunnel below castle (which gives a nice cold shade on a hot day) The apartment is in an older building, but renovated in a modern style. All necessary equipment is there. A spacious bathroom is a plus. The owner is a very kind person!

Would recommend for two, since sleeping on the sofa is not comfortable. Also there is one AC unit which works well and is silent, but the bedroom is a little out of its reach - it needs a little tubing for comfort.

Stairwell had broken steps and could be a bit dark. Had to Google instructions on how to work the induction hob! 😊 All instructions were in Spanish, which I get as it is popular with home grown tourists but a folder with same for other languages would be helpful

position was great, always clean and staff great, very helpful

the Neighbours were a nightmare. very noisy, had loads of children. we’re up till 4.00 am they were smoking inside !!!

This is studio where the sofa converts to the night bed - it was comfortable and easy to use. The room was very clean and everything seemed very new and smart. The kitchenette was well equipped and functioned perfectly - I cooked/snacked there each day. But the best part is the location - right on the famous tapas lane - for when you want to eat out - just brilliant and full of life. Would definitely stay there again. The owner lives just 50m up the road and was very helpful and kind.

I was on my own so all was perfect - but for couples this room might be a bit of a squeeze! But still a great place to locate for a stay.
