Good Local, But needs some TLC

The best thing was that the accomodation was available just a few days before I made my booking at a busy time between xmas and new years. Everywhere else was fully booked. We were there to ride out to Garden Island on my friends boat.

I can't help but compare the accomodation to Best Western Geralton & Carnarvon where we stayed in June which is a busy time for heading North. Similar room size, architectural build and town size but Best Western had better furniture & breakfast included for $30 less. It was dissapointing to see an empty swimming pool on a 38c day 2 rooms away from us. This place could do far better, they have the ability & options & I think at the moment they're just taking advantage of West Aussies being stuck in West Oz. With some gardening & swimming pool TLC this place could be a nice stepping stone like other places built around the same time in West Oz

As our stay was only overnight it was okay, but I would not stay any longer.

Staff were very friendly and the restaurant was good.

The bathroom sink had chips out of it, so it looked like dirty marks. There were no hooks to hang anything on in the bathroom and the only place to hang a towel was a rail under the sink. which was not suitable. Also there was no place to hang up clothes in the main bedroom area. Therefore I think the price charged for the room was too expensive.

Easy access to Rockingham shops and beach

Hotel Clipper is in the perfect location. Very economical and the staff are really helpful. Restaurant staff are so obliging and helpful. Food incredible!

Superb

A bit noisy. I could hear noise from the adjacent room. Also because car park was right outside, I could hear the cars driving in and out.

the bathroom sink was marked and the room looked tired, one day my room was not attended to. it would be good to have sheer curtains as well as the block out ones as if you opened the block out curtains everyone can see in

A good place to stay the night or weekend

Very clean room. Spacious Bathroom. Cold A/C. Close to shops and restaurants. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff was phenomenal.

Mattress was hard. Took time to sleep. Menu was limited. Could've had more added.

3 star motel with comfy bed.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was quite large. Nice little alcove for kitchen. Very close to the foreshore and many restaurants.

The bathroom was small and dated with a bit of mould and peeling ceiling. The air conditioner noise was atrocious and could not sleep with it on. Even then we could here the neighbours air con when ours was off.

Great room with a very comfy bed.

Nothing to say.

Had a steak for dinner in the cafe. Steak appeared to be pre-cooked and warmed up. Came out just a bit hotter than cold even though I was the only one eating there at the time.

Expensive for what it was

Good location. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was is in major need of renovation. Sink had damaged spots, toilet didn't flush properly, mirror was on the side of the sink. Air conditioner was loud and could use an upgrade. No powerpoints near the bed, only one powerboard near microwave. Mirror in room was at the end of the bed which was strange. No room service, even though it says on booking.com that there is. Restaurant closed at 8pm on a Saturday night. Room smelt dusty.

Clipper Inn review.

Rooms were tidy and beds comfortable.

Other guests were noisy- in/out of cars. Walls of rooms are thin and could here neighbouring guests talking. Quieter at a camp ground.

Quite and Peaceful considering how busy Rockingham is

The staff were excellent at Reception and in Cafe Spacious property quiet. Meals were good although a bit large for older people a seniors menu would be good

Pretty average, overpriced

Breakfast and meals were non existant as the restraunt was closed

Room could be cleaner and cleaners could have done their job daily. airconditioner noisey. television controllers had seen a lot of abuse previously.
