Despoina is a very nice woman. She gives us a lot of tips to visit Naxos when we arrived to the apartament. It is wonderful to find sites like Fragias Apartaments when you travel around the world.

The personal touches from the family owning the hotel were lovely. They were extremely friendly and hospitable and you could really feel their passion for what they do. Despoina welcomed us upon arrival with a super briefing about what to visit on the island and where to go - it really saved us a lot of time going to places that perhaps wouldn’t meet our expectations.

Nothing major, but our room wasn’t cleaned one day and it wasn’t clear why that happened. We didn’t make any request for the room not to be cleaned. Wasn’t a big issue but it is connected to my only other gripe - there was only one small bin (in the bathroom). So this fills up pretty quickly and if you can’t flush toilet paper then it could become a little problematic if cleaning isn’t done. But not a big issue, still loved it!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and a free transfer to and from the port was provided. The room was very clean.

whilst the kitchenette was fairly well equipped(3 plates, bowls and cutlery etc). However it was lacking a kitchen bin, tea towel, utensils for cooking and cereal bowls.

We were picked up upon arrival and driven to the port upon departure (for free). Greeted with refreshments when we arrived, and Despoina has taken time to explain us in details how to get around and draw on the map everything we need to see around the island. The facilities were very clean, spacious and comfortable and the balcony was great. The breakfast was super tasty, I just wish there were more gluten-free and dairy-free options.

No special complaints, I am very satisfied with this stay.

incredibly friendly staff particularly the main host who was super helpful in giving details about the island when we first arrived and also giving us a free transfer from the ferry. She also helped book out quad bikes for the day and made the stay hassle free and thoroughly enjoyable.

- very loud, there is not much insulation. We had the room next to the entrance and heard people coming Home all night, chatting loud music etc. Also the Cars/scooters driving by- it felt like they were in the room - beds were quite hard and short for tall people - Appartement was Souterrain - terasse was next to the road, not cozy to sit there at all - shower was also not made for tall people - breakfast had handmade cake but very few variation and selection (e.g. bread, cheese, vegetables) - Air condition was working fine but was quite loud - wifi was there but very bad signal in our room, most of the time not usable

Lovely and very thoghtful hosts. The room was very nice and clean and from a walking distance to the center. Very familiar environment and very good breakfast. Would stay again !

The room sound insulation could be better. You could hear the noise of people in other rooms and hallway sometimes.

The owner is amazing. At the end of the day, anything someone doesn't like is made up for by the fact that she goes out of her way to make your stay amazing.

Despoina and her family were really nice! They offered us a welcome drink, transfer from and to the port, and she was always available to answer our questions, both in the apartment or by phone! The apartment is really nice with a cozy balcony and it was really clean. It also has everything we needed to cook.

The location is good, but it is not exactly in the center. It takes like 15-20 minutes to arrive to the port and the main street with all bars and restaurants.

If you want a perfect stay at Naxos this is your place. Our host picked us up at the port, made reservations for Rotonda, has their own car rental service for very reasonable prices and serves an excellent breakfast every day. The location is just a short stroll from Naxos town, and short way to buses that connect you to most beaches. Rooms were spacious, clean and with modern air conditioning and a cute balcony. When we left, we were also driven to the airport by the owners, which perfectly summed up the hospitality of Fragias Studios. We will definitely be back!

Lovely, friendly family owned hotel. The room was sparkling. Niko helped us alot for the island information.

Where should i start? Caring? Till we reached the destination Despina was all the time contanting us to be sure we get free transport to the hotel. Wellcoming? Nikos, the son of the house, wellcomed us at the main door with a lovely smile, a glass of fresh water, a glass of home made raki, home made cheries gliko, prepared from his mom. Everything delicious! A nice chat and then a lot of information about best things to do in Naxos. Ask him about the name "fragias",  interesting story! Cleaning? Everything white and clean. Lovely, spaciously, comfortable apartment with a nice balcony, we loved to drink a glass of wine or a beer. Location? Quiet and very easy to find.  Flexibility on check in/ check out? We got all the time we needed (lucky, it was not the high season)
