Il punto di riferimento a Praia per me è mio marito

Semplice ma confortevole e arredata con buon gusto,molto pulita sia la struttura che la stanza , ci torno con piacere è il mio punto di riferimento a Praia in quanto centrale e con ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità . Cinthya è un’ottima host molto gentile e disponibile mi ha aiutata più di una volta per quel che riguarda prenotazioni last minute con check in e check out a orari notturni fornendo anche il servizio taxi e dandomi la possibilità di lasciare in custodia le valigie . Il personale gentile e altrettanto disponibile e affidabile.

Buon compromesso prezzo /sistemazione in centro

Non è la prima volta che scegliamo casa Sodadi per i ns pernottamenti a Praia , la posizione è ottima il prezzo adeguato le camere spaziose e molto pulite , sia le ragazze sia la titolare Cinthya sono gentili e disponibili. Affidabile anche il servizio tansfert con Lino, ragazzo molto affidabile e disponibile .

Très bon emplacement et beau cadre !

L’emplacement, la chambre tout était nickel, c’est propre et joliment décoré ! Le transfert pour l’aéroport s’est bien passé.

Habitación muy cómoda para nuestras últimas noches en Praia.

No había desayuno pero sí una cocina que pudimos usar, y también un espacio interior común de mesas y sillas. Desayunamos solas ahí el día que nos fuimos y estaba todo muy limpio y agradable. Cogimos la habitación grande y estamos satisfechas, la habitación es muy cómoda.

Por cómo son las ventanas y cortinas, la habitación no queda oscura por la noche, entra algo de luz.

A friendly hostel in an excellent location

I loved this hostel! Perfect location. Simple but functional, with great attention to detail. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even if the room was small, it was OK. And, any place with a kettle and a French press in the kitchen is a winner with me.

Perfect location, in the city centre but still very quiet. Big room, air-conditioning working perfectly. Very clean and tasteful decoration.

Very good

It's located right in the center of Praia. Everything is within walking distance. The house is nice, spacious and clean. Staff is friendly.

I had a room on the front side of the house, which is right next to a busy street and a bus stop. So there was some street noise.

Perfect accomodation for your stay in Praia

Lovely accommodation in a great location, close to everything. The staff are very helpful and really nice, rooms very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Praia!

Lovely place to stay

Definetly, the place to stay in Plateau. Safe and clean despite what people might think. All the main amenities, services, transport in walking distance. Only one block away from the main pedestrian street where many restaurants and live street music life happens. Quiet locatiom while in the center. Highly recommended and the owner Cinthia and te hosts are very kind to make you feel at home.

We had an excellent stay at casa sodadi! We had to extent our stay twice and they made everything possible.

Excellent service, very helpful staff, beautiful rooms, well equipped kitchen, perfect location!

Poor comunication with the property

Noises from the room door produced by the wind. Missed a chair inside the bedroom.

Excellent!

Highly recommend staying here. We were booked to stay two nights, but missed a flight. Cynthia was very understanding and did not charge us for the missed night. Communication was great throughout the booking process. We forgot to download google maps but luckily her aunt saw us looking lost and took us directly there! Great location on the plateau but near to the big market and where the buses go. Room was clean and stylish. Great price.

Breakfast wasn't provided, but still incredible value for money. Lots of options for breakfast nearby!

Evrything! This house is splendid, the staff is adorable, super welcoming, warm. You just feel like home. I was worried at first as my room was near the reception, but I wasn't bother by any noise, neither from inside nor outside. My single room was so cute and beautifully decorated that it felt like a little nest. Let alone the perfect location with everything available at a walking distance.

Lovely property and hosts

Great location on the Plateau, right next to the pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. Super friendly staff. Beautiful and clean.

The wifi was occasionally a bit weak.

Great stay, nice location and friendly people who work there

It was very clean, the location was great. The staff was helpful and very sweet. Although, there was a slight language barrier, they did their very best to help us and make our stay pleasant.

Very centrally located, everything within walking distance. A/C in the room was working very well. Late night check-in was possible. The owner, Cynthia, is very nice and helped us to get a night transport from the airport and furthermore supported us to get our delayed baggage. Thanks again!

Wifi was unstable. Small additional shelf for the luggage would be nice for the future.

Great find in the center and affordable price.

This is such a great find, a beautiful cool colonial house with tall ceilings and immaculately clean. Right in the historic center. The host was really responsive and the house is really comfortable, the room stays cool during the hot humid days, a real bargain for the price considering the beauty of the house and the details of the rooms. Cute little kitchen for shared use as well as a nice little walled patio out back. A great find in Praia! I changed hotels from the hotel Santa Maria and was so much better here.

Wifi wasn't very strong in my room due to the thick walls of the colonial house so I had to step into the kitchen. Cynthia and Carla were kind enough to even let me use their office, which was very considerate
