Fabulous hotel in the quiet section of Gili T with snorkelling directly out front

We stayed in the deluxe beachfront room for 6 nights. The room, extensive verandah and view were all comfortable and excellent. Great snorkelling out front of the hotel where I saw turtles, many fish and colourful coral each day. The pool was cool and clean. The staff were very attentive and helpful. My husband was unwell with an extended bout of Bali belly and Nguyen arranged for a doctor to come to the room to administer IV treatment. A big thank you to Nguyen and staff for your care.

Great authentic stay.

Traditional style accommodation. Great location if you are after a quiet stay. Amazing Made Warung next door that we ate at every night. The pool was lovely and cool. The staff were so friendly.

Brilliant!

The staff are super friendly, the room enormous and the bathroom was exceptional. They really could charge so much more! The whole place was beautiful! Could not recommend enough.

The only down side (if there is one) was that it is a good 30min walk from the main strip but not always a bad thing as its quiet.

L’emplacement en bord de mer est parfait, totalement au calme, une piscine propre, nous avions la chambre pour 5 avec des espaces agréables pour chacun, le + les petites couchettes sur les balcons

Exceptional

The location was excellent and there were turtles everyday out the front! Amazing staff that always made sure I was happy and remembered my name!

There bed was abit uncomfortable but apart from that everything else was great.

Charming, traditional, comfortable & welcoming.

Everything. Best location on the island. Out of the wind, gentle water without strong currents for snorkeling. Turtles every time we looked for them. Very lovely staff. The place has an older authentic style. I felt like I was on an Indonesian island rather than a big, could-be-anywhere resort. The pool is shaded by big, old trees - and is a calming spot on a hot day. Easy to get everywhere by bicycle or horse and cart. No motorbikes, cars or scooters!

Loud music from the bar next door

Antique Balinese style room with a beautiful patio overlooking the beach

Room very dark. I asked for a quiet room upon arrival. The manager said that you dont hear anything here except for some people walking by. Well that was not the case. From 8 in the morning until late at night the bar restaurant next door was blasting loud pop music. Could not hear myself think. When I asked the manager if he could speak to the neighbors about it ,he said he could not and was clearly not interested to help. The hotel itself is in a state of disrepair and depressing.

I booked this hotel for 5 nights. I left this hotel after 1 night and had to book another hotel.

In a quiet area. There's nothing around it. The beach is empty.

1. WiFi is spotty and mostly not work in the room. I need wifi for work and plan for the next destination. Without wifi is simply not an option. 2. Lots of mosquitos. The room is not sealed. There are gaps in the windows and on the roof that you can't see in the pictures. Getting lots of mosquitoes bites while in the bathroom. Compared to my friend's hotel which also has an open bathroom concept but it has no misquitoes. 3. Room is dirty and dusty. You simply wouldn't put your clothes on the table or the shelves because they will get dirty. 4. The location is very hard to walk to the main area for food and cafe. You will have to walk through mud and water. And there's no light at night on the road so cannot go out food after dark. 5. When I was sitting on the balcony, they were burning stuff. Simply couldn't enjoy my time sitting on the balcony. 6. When I arrived, they did not know I booked the room through booking.com. The manager has to call someone else to verify. Which means the room was not prepared ahead of time for my stay.

Superb

Quite..no roosters, no 4.30am wake up calls from the Mosque. Close to some nice restaurants. Sunsets side of island. Cool pool. Beach on your doorstep. Large bed and large bathroom with hot water. Very comfortable outside patio with lounge bed.

Swimming at beach only easy at higher tides but if you have a bike, no problems and only a couple minutes ride to easier beach access. No longer around pool when I was there but they do have them out front near beach

The most beautiful place in Gili T

If you are looking for a place with personality this is the hotel for you: the architecture and decor here are stunning. It feels completely different from any other place on the island. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they provide any tipe of service that you might need, from bikes rental to laundry. The place is also quiet and relaxed, but still close to all the best spots.

Amazing staff, lovely bungalow, right in from the beach! 🔥

The manager/staff were really genuine and we had lots of heart-to-heart talk with them. The tropical bungalow we stayed in was huge and comfy for the price we paid. Last but not least, take a swim in the pool and get mesmerized by the vast nature that surrounded you is a must during your stay there! 🤩

Very good

Very cosy and quiet place with huge terass. The ovner was very helpfull and nice. AC was brand new and working properly. Snorkeling here is perfect, we saw some turtles every day.

We locked the main door of the room, but the window on terass can be open anytime without any problems.

I loved the location, but the place is really worn out

The staff was very attentive and kind. Fabulous location close to the beach (but difficult to get to the main town area). Calm and peaceful

- a lot of insects on the first night - the floor was full of ants - sheets and towels stained - the cabin was really old and doesn’t really feel clean - lots of spider webs and mold everywhere - feels very underinvested, the owner should at least buy new towels and sheets

This is a beautiful traditional accommodation on one of the most pretty parts of Gili Trawangan - the northwest side of the island. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff are great. Yeoman is a good manager. The snorkeling is very good right off their beach. And there are excellent restaurants nearby. I will return.

Rustic boutique hotel with excellent service

Staff and location were excellent. Loved bike rentals and can bike around island and into town easily. Breakfast was excellent too! and snorkelung right out front was best in the entire island. Saw sea turtles, plenty of fish and a black tip shark.
