Super localisation et équipé comme il faut

Excellent apartment

It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was great to have a pool and Terace to relax. It was central to everything and quiet. The staff were so helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.

Everything was great as a suggestion some cushions for the sun beds would be more comfortable when sunbathing.

We had the absolute best stay, Seville is a beautiful city the apartment made it perfection for us! 😁

Property was perfect location. Great space for our group of 4 and the rooftop pool was such a bonus after a long day seeing Seville! Easy to find for us and the communication from the staff was great.

There was nothing we didn’t like but the loungers at the pool would be much more comfortable with cushions.

Perfect location and comfortable accommodation

The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! The double room was two single beds and they kept moving apart was the only issue. The shower was really nice, lovely big rainfall shower head. The pool was brilliant right up on the roof to cool off, very small but all you’d need to quickly cool off. The location was absolutely perfect, major landmarks were only minutes walk away and could get to everything we wanted to on foot with ease

With our stay being 13 nights it would have been nice to have gotten fresh towels or sheets at some point in the stay. Unfortunately no one ever came to refresh those things, maybe if guests are staying longer than a weekend that would be worth doing or else leave things like a proper sweeping brush and mop with washing machine tablets and a clothes horse there so guests can stay on top of things easier. We only had a small dustpan and brush and one tea towel to keep things clean and tidy for the duration of our stay.

A gem in the heart I'd the old town

We loved the location this was brilliant. It was easy to find and Instructions for check in where very easy to follow. The apartment was opposite the little pool area which was ideal.

The floor of the apartment could do with a cleaner mop as it was quite dirty in arrival but this is on a minor criticism.

great location - very Central but not loud. apartament is quite spacios which is nice. We enjoyed mini garden.

there was cockroaches in apartment. apartment doesnt felt very clean, could be more towels. Bed is from two beds not one - but for us it wasnt a big problem. if you are coming by car, then its not possible to drive near apartment.

In despite of all, the location was excellent.

The location, it was secured. The apartment was clean.

They only provided two towels per person for three nights and four days. Only two rolls of toilet paper for three people.

it’s a lovely apartment and very central

not enough toilet roll supplied unfortunately. There was only 1 wine glass and there wasn’t much kitchen utensils. The aircon is very poor and just blows hot air. The rooftop was lovely but there was just 3 beds and one day there was 5 people up there

Great location for exploring Sevilla

The location is excellent. The bed (2 twins) were comfortable, one softer and one firmer. It has a small rooftop pool, but the loungers were not inviting.

The ant infestation in the kitchen - the manager said sorry, put garbage in hermetically sealed containers ? The blood drops on the bathroom wall and soap container. And the cockroaches. And the weeks worth of dirty lines was stored in a wheeled storage container blocking one of the Windows and directly next to patio.

In the center of beautiful Seville

Walking distance from most tourist attractions, great for 4 friends, clear check-in instructions and easy independent check-in, very nice and helpful host, both aircons worked well.

Location was amazing, very close to the old town with shops and cafes. On the whole it was clean and tidy.

We feel a welcome pack could have been included and more basics like more toilet rolls etc. There were a couple of things wrong in the apartment, the blind was broken and it was a little tatty in areas. The umbrella on the terrace was broken and again a little tatty.

The location is amazing, so easy to get to all the sites, and also somehow quiet in the flats themselves.

There were a few ants in the apartment, but lovely other than that

Great location

Location was excellent. Apartment was well equipped. Pool although small was ideal to cool off in.

Property was not as clean as expected & could do with a re-paint and general maintenance carried out. Air conditioner struggled to cool apartment.

Nice place

Large bathroom, good location. Good Tapas restaurants recommended. It was nice to have a laundry machine. Easy check in.

The pool is a bit small. Some of the stools in the kitchen were a bit wobbly. Not enough clothes drying racks.

great location, lovely apartment, would stay here again!!!

amazing location, great apartment (bathrooms have a few drainage issues and the hot water is tepid at best). bed was very comfortable! The apartment is fresh and has a great feel to it!

Good location. Nice and clean. Small rooftop pool which is nice.

The hosts were helpful beforehand but ignored us afterward when I was looking for some help in retrieving AirPods I’d left behind. That was disappointing. Even an effort would have been appreciated.
