Posizione perfetta, proprio sotto il centro storico. Lasci la macchina nel parcheggio comodo sotto la villa e puoi andare a piedi. La villa che ci ha ospitato era grande. Ampio spazio all’esterno che purtroppo causa clima freddo non abbiamo tanto goduto.
Antonella super disponibile, professionale e pronta a dare consigli preziosi! Da ritornare assolutamente!

Perfect location to explore Montepulciano! Very convenient parking if you are traveling by car. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

lovely surrounding and very spacious room. we had a beautiful view of the mountains outside our window. the host Antonella was super helpful as well. overall I would highly recommend this place

Villa Paola is a property in Tuscan style situated in a fine garden below the walls of Montepulciano. The position is very quiet.
You can reach the ancient town in some minutes via stairs or via rising street.
There are several apartments. We were in Studio-Apartment with a small balcony overlooking the beautiful countryside.
The apartment is relatively simple equiped, e.g. with only a small Italian coffee cooker or without hooks for towels near shower. There is no fly screen against mosquitos.

perfect location less than 5 minutes from the centre. our host was amazing and even made us a reservation at a restaurant!

Beautiful property. Excellent location and parking was great and private lot. Easy 5 minute walk into Montipuciano. One bedroom Apartment was adequate space for 2 people. Would definitely rental stay here again!!

The location is good, and so the free parking just near the old city. The bed was comfortable. The yard is beautiful.
The bathroom could have been better maintained: no soup / shampoo stand in the shower at all, and the shower door tends to disconnect.

Everything about this property was great. our host (Antonella) was a pure delight. her English was very good. The unit was very clean, comfortable and conveniently situated. we would recommend this property to anyone staying in Montepulciano!!

The property itself was beautiful- being out of the city was what I wanted when staying in Tuscany. you feel like you’re staying in a farmhouse- very minimalistic and simple furnishings and amenities. the host was great, coming to meet us when we got lost, but nothing past that!
The Airbnb was just very simple. The only place to sit as a family was the dining room table and the bed was not very comfortable. The shower is tiny- my husband is 6’3” and found it difficult to maneuver, I’m 5’2” and accidentally knocked the faucet to turn freezing cold. The water also takes awhile to warm up, which I felt bad about wasting! It is very charming, and perfectly fine, just nothing spectacular. Also, in case you didn’t know this, Montepulciano is one giant hill. To even get out of the property you have to walk up a hill, then continue up hill to the city. It was not a problem for us, just something to be aware of!

Perfect location if you have be a car, just outside the old city and parking on site so no stress getting by in or out

Antonella was very helpful and kind. We had an issue to sort out with our other travel arrangements that that was complicated to sort out and she was extremely helpful to translate the information between us and the other party. The hotel property is very quaint and located a few hundred meters outside of the walls of the main village. It is a short walk to get to the town core. The property grounds are lovely and the view over the valley is beautiful. The apartment we had was small, but super clean and convenient for a few nights' stay.
This is very personal, but if you don't like to sleep on rock-hard mattresses, this place is not for you. The mattress was extremely hard and we found it very uncomfortable.
