Your apartments are very beautiful, neat and stylish. The staff at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. We love the fact that it's family orientated as well, it's a safe environment for the kids. We loved the view of the ocean and the harbour, and the fact that it's right next to Ushaka marine world was a cherry on top. We loved the Quays it's a beautiful place to visit, we will definitely be coming back and also we have spread the good word already to our friends and family that if they need a perfect accomodation while visiting Durban The Quays is the place to be.

Will you please consider getting hairdryers in your apartments, and also the bed was not changed we slept in the same sheets throughout our stay The basin in the other bathroom was blocked the water could not be drained.Can you please also make sure that the patio pillows for the balcony are clean and fresh always.

Our stay was lovely after all

I liked the location of the vanue and loved the view.

I didn't love the fact that our bedding all the rooms where not clean next time please clean the bedding and also outside where we eat

Very good

The apartment was really spacious and clean.

The airconditioning was not working and it was extremely hot in the apartment and too windy being at the waterfront to keep the doors open... Please fix the AC it's necessary in Durban weather...

Nice but needs upkeep

The space and view was very nice.

No aircons in bedrooms. Unit needs maintenance. Chair in main bedroom very dirty. Shower not cleaned properly as soap dish was still dirty with soap from previous tenants. Curtains in main bedroom partly unhooked. Dressing table in main bedroom damaged. Veranda was not cleaned at all and full of bird droppings. Table on veranda very dirty.

Beds were comfortable. Clean interior.

Balcony was not like pictures....it was very dirty. Some maintenance need to be done. Wifi did not work.

We Had A Better Stay at Time Boulevard!

The Ocean view. I'm from Durban South Beach, so it's nothing new.

TV didn't work, staff/receptionist was unwelcoming, roaches and dirty oven from previous users/visitors. Not value for money!! We booked at "The Quays" then we were told to go to "The Sails". We should've been notified of the changes and gotten some money back. The money we were charged for, was for "The Quays".

The place is located in a perfect location and everything was fine except that the room was not so clean. I would advice that it be cleaned a day before the guest arrives. It is dusty.

The room was not so clean. We couldn't use the washing machine it got stuck with our clothes. And the bedding for that money we expected if not new but not torn one.

I didn't like anything, I regret choosing that apartment, it was completely filthy.

I didn't like anything that apartment smells very bad, stains in their couch, bed smells like rubish, actual everything is a mess there.

The lady that takes care of the property and her colleagues are amazing, I forgot an item there in August n only fetched in October end n it was still kept safe. Thank you so much 🙏 💓 will definitely return.
