- schwierige Kommunikation
Das Personal sollte gut geschult werden!
- der Serviceleiter wusste nicht einmal die Frühstückszeiten

Location in the river but be aware it’s far from the town
The price of the food and drinks. They do private events w loud music until late night without apologizing. No housekeeping. No wifi. The bathroom at the tree house smells very humid because it needs a vent inside of it. Overall there are other hotels on the river as nice but cheaper.

The whole resort is beautiful. So many places to chill by the river. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was big with a wonderful hot shower. Staff were amazing, always happy, friendly and went above and beyond. Easy to rent moto and very accessable by tuk tuk too! We ended up extending an extra 2 nights, can't wait to go back already! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Nothing!

Nice ambience and setting
Location is unique and off the town. We like the overall theme of the resort but it’s poorly executed.
Food tasted good
This place is understaffed or undertrained as we did not good even a decent service. For example, we asked for housekeeping twice before we left our room which was not attended despite several requests.
There is sand wash off place which makes the room entrance very dirty. There is no floor towel in the room. No place to store bags in the room and no bathroom amenities or hand towers. There is also no fridge. This place is not suitable for rainy season. This place is overpriced for the quality of facilities and services you get. There are stinky moldy pillows in the common areas. Access road is also very bad.
There was a private late night party in the common area that caused disturbance throughout the night due to loud speaker karaoke sessions.

Lovely rustic family bungalow in a beautiful location, set amongst gardens on the river. Anazing veranda. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lots of chill-out areas. Reasonably priced canoe hire. Delicious food. Nice pool, which 'floats' in the river (not full of river water).
Description wasn't 100% accurate. There was no air conditioning, but the fans in the bungalow were a pretty good substitute at night time. No hot water except for one of the downstairs showers (electric).

me and my dog had a lovely time at Meraki. lots of beautiful greenery and chill vibes!

The site is really cool, lots of seating areas. The view of the river is stunning. The floating pool is strange but fun. The bed is comfy. Our first room wasn't very clean so they moved us very quickly. The staff we're very friendly and helpful.
The property is 15 - 20 min tuktuk ride from the town. I'd hire a scooter if you're stating here. It's much quicker and sooo much fun.
I am vegan and had to send back 3 out of 4 meals because they put egg in the dish. I wouldn't recommend visiting if you have any dietary requirements. This is due to the language barrier and being under new management. They need some training on what veganism is. They're lots of bugs, I'd like them to provide bug spray whilst sat at the property.

wonderful host, amazing place, gorgeous food, perfect!

The place was unreal, especially the sunset and sunrise views over the river surrounded by a lot of trees, and nature, and can even see the mountains from afar. The setup for sitting and swimming, and just relaxing at Meraki is very enjoyable. We had a great time and will probably check it out soon again!

beautiful space and garden on the river

Location is great. The property is built right on the riverside with amazing view of the mountain. I also love the garden and fruit trees around the property. It really is comforting for those who look to escape from a busy life and reconnect with nature.

The outsides are really beautiful and well tidied. Plenty of spaces, well organized.
We stayed in Bungalow garden 5. It's ridiculously small, full of mosquitoes casually waiting on the mosquito net over the bed. We had gecko feces and holes on the sheets. No noise insulation whatsoever so you feel like your neighbors are just outside the walls. Very loud boats in the morning but that's not the hotel's fault. No hot water and that was not written anywhere. No hammoc on the balcony and actually no balcony. Just a fan to cool you down but it turns cold at night, so you turn it off but then it's way too hot. We sound like awful customers but we really are not, we've been all over the place in southeast Asia and this accommodation just wasn't right.
Truly not worth 20USD a night when there's a hotel just next door that does the same 100x better for 2 more dollars.

The location is gorgeous, if you get a scooter it is so easy to go to town and back and you can just enjoy the view of the river at anytime of the day, either doing yoga or reading a book or eating your dinner

The fantastic staff, who had a really positive and outgoing energy. We thoroughly enjoyed just hanging out at the bar and feeling the vibes.
The food and drinks available were also really good in general.
Scenery was really beautiful
Nothing the hotel can really control. Nearby hotels happened to be loud, perhaps there was a National holiday going on.

The hammocks, the bar, the food, the people, the party, the view and all the staff.

The breakfast was nice, enjoyed the brown bread.
The morning manager gave me misinformation about onward travel to Ko Khong border.
Yes there are shared mini buses, didn't see any animals in my of them😂
The road is only bad for the first hour but not that bad.
He arranged a share taxi but l was the only guest. He overcharged me and even ripped off the driver.
This left a bad and angry feeling.

I love it, I'm still here nearly 3 weeks later. So it's easier to say what I didn't like... Nothing

the location, the atmosphere, the staff, the food.
bound to have them: mosquitoes.

Nice laid back atmosphere next to the river. We are pretty much the only guests, so my comments are perhaps biased. This is really a place for backpackers. Food was OK, and fairly priced but nothing to write home about. Staff were pleasant, but never the same. I'm sure the ambiance is very different with more guests.
My 22 year old son (who lives in Cambodia) likes Meraki a lot but we found the place in need of a good refresh and clean. Room was very dark and damp. Mattresses and linen were in need of an upgrade.
