Very dirty. Stains everywhere. Dirty cutlery. False accusations of breaking the cot.

Dishwasher didn’t work, and bit short on utensils. Had to buy a flipper.

The location was great,

The apartment was filthy, very disappointed with the cleanliness and my partner actually became ill, the toilet was stained,wee on floor behind it,bath and shower had mould n mildew(which we cleaned ourselves) crumbs on bench from toaster,and when took bag out of rubbish bin there was rotten food and garbage underneath and I could keep going!

The apartment was dirty the walls bed the floor was disgusting. The vacum was broken so couldn't even clean it . Found drug bad under the couch the outside balcony was covered in cigarettes and ash was terrible.

The site overcharged on the damage deposit (according to the charge quoted at the time) and has failed to reimburse the deposit even after 3 weeks. I thought by booking through Booking.com this would weed out the non compliant properties. A poor reflection on the property and booking.com. Time to look for another provider.

Location was great, close to Southbank and Melbourne Park.

The accommodation was extremely disappointing. We booked this property as it was advertised with parking. The owners are claiming this is due to the booking.com interface. While staying at this property there was a sign behind the front door with parking instructions. The carpet to the main living area was stained and marked. The slimline Venetians were tied up at one end making it completely inaccessible for any adjustments. The Venetians were bent and warped. Clearly there is clever photography when advertising this unit as looking back I can’t see the venetians in any photos. The towels and linen were clean; however, the bottom sheet was ill fitting and barely covered the top of the mattress with no sheet left to be tucked in. The uninviting front court yard had an old kitchen/bathroom bench and mop and bucket in it. The couch was reasonably new and comfortable with stained filthy cushions decorating it! Bathroom – there was mould in the shower recess. Kitchen bin – we emptied the bin and deposited our rubbish as per instructions. The inside of the kitchen bin was filthy with old food etc inside and fell onto to the floor while emptying. While minor the dishwasher – needs rinse aid; all the dishes washed were wet after the completion of a cycle and needed drying with the new and not washed tea towels that were non-absorbent. The previous guests had not emptied the cutlery tray. The tray holding the kitchen cleaning products was corroded and looked dirty. We had booked for 3 nights at this property but was so disappointed with it leading us to make the decision to cut our stay short and leave after the second night.

Unfortunately WOULD NOT stay at 92b Kavanagh Street ever again (ground floor apartment)! The apartment was very dirty and in need of a good proper clean. The bed was beautifully presented however sheets were not changed from previous guests, not to bother anyone we decided to wash and dry them ourselves(dryer took forever!). The dishes in the cupboards were dirty, shower and basin area was mouldy, dirty mouldy face washers left in washing machine. The list could go on and on! There was holes in the bathroom door which didn't even close for privacy and the lounge vertical blinds were in a bad state...apparently they had a bad guest previous to us? Would not recommend renting through readyset stay. Management sent an apology email but otherwise didn't really care about our concerns or experience. VERY DISSAPOINTED, it shouldn't have been rented out until it was in a presentable state or at least charge the appropriate rate for the condition it was in! See pics to make your own judgement.
