The host Andrea and his wife Rasha are always available and helpful and spoiled us with produce from their large garden. Casa Della Nonna is simply and practically equipped. Everything necessary is available. (Perhaps a kettle would be handy in the kitchen.) I will miss my favourite spot on the swing on the balcony. Beautiful paintings by the artist Rasha on the walls create a tasteful atmosphere. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, in the low season at the beginning of June.

In the low season, many restaurants and bars near the beach are not yet open. You always have to go by car for dinner.

It is a fantastic apartment very close to the beach. The landlord Andrew and his wife are very hospitable. They gave us a lot of information about the town, restaurants and things to do nearby. We got fresh fruits from his garden. Our time was amazing! About Amendolara, I would describe it as a wonderful NOT crowded village with a very clean beach. The prices in restaurants are very fair and the locals are very nice and helpful.

Andrea (the owner) really fantastic man. He is doing everything to make your vacations the best.

Actually the most trouble that in this city you can’t find the good beach. All the beaches not so comfortable as you want to see.
