it is a little run down but grounds are very nice.

It's a fairly good vacation condo in a quiet, secure complex near the airport. What I paid seemed to be a pretty good price for the area. There's a nice pool just outside your door. Check-in went smoothly, and everything was very clean when I arrived. Good wifi, and lots of air conditioners to keep you cool in the Acapulco heat.

Even if you pay with your card while booking, prepare to have a decent amount of cash (at the time of my stay, a refundable 1000 MXN damage deposit and a non-refundable 400 MXN cleaning fee) ready at the time of check-in. Also, after I told them the time for my bus leaving Acapulco and asked how much time I needed to reach the bus station, the property seemed to be aggressively pushing me to check out at 8 AM, and ignored my multiple messages saying I'd prefer to leave at 9. It was very awkward when one of their staff (who didn't seem to be staying onsite, and who I assume had made a special trip) showed up at my door at 8 and I told him I needed an hour to get ready. (Plus, it turned out that leaving at 9 gave me plenty of time to reach the bus station!)

Sheets were old and ripped refrigerator didn’t work running water came out ready dirty that one of my kids had a very bad rash and couldn’t remove stays from swimming clothes sofás had big stains and I was charged $350 pesos for cleaning and the place was full of dust when arrived the kitchen need’s a lot of maintenance

Awesome place to spend vacations at Acapulco, the price is totally worthy, near facilities, sea is crossing the street, clean pool, silent place, the terrace is super nice, amazing. Carmen is super attentive and interested in you. Just keep in mind the Cleaning fee of 300 MXN I'll definitely will come back.

Bad Wi-Fi, we believe is cause the second day started raining and the failed cause the first day it worked properly The housekeeper entered to the apartment at 1"20, when we accorded to get out 1"30, she entered beforehand and we had to take a bath with her cleaning the living room, but we understand that's nothing to do with the owner.

The location is awesome, near to Bonfil beach.

We need other bathroom, and a pan-fry for cook.

Strong WiFi connection Air Conditioning in all rooms Great location across from the beach

-Has a nice pool in front of the apartment -Parking place for your car near to the apartment -TV with good channels for kids and adults

-Internet WiFi doesn’t works in the apartment only in the main reception (500 m far) - supermarket Oxxo not far (1km), other big supermarket need to take car - strong smell in the kitchen and bathroom
