The property was spot on for facilities and cleanness although one of the guests has come home with bed bug bites from the back room to the left in the double bed. It was wonderful to have the spa and pool table. The parking for vehicles was very generous and providing kangaroo and bird feed was fantastic.

We loved everything about Valley View. The owners are friendly & helpful. The property exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be back to enjoy the views and comfortable well equipped cabin.

Terrible checkout experience EVER!! We were 5 couples with 2 kids and 3 x infants, as per our booking. We left the property at 10:10am. The cleaning staff came inside at 10am sharp, we requested them if they could give us just 10 more mins please (as one of us were pregnant and wasn’t feeling well that delayed our checkout by 10 mins only). They very rudely denied and kept putting pressure to get out asap so they could start cleaning. I very respectfully told them that if they can’t wait, they could start with the rooms, and we just have the luggage in the living to put in the car, everything else is cleared. Then they started accusing us that we are more than 10 adults. She kept counting us over and over again, it was so uncomfortable, embarrassing & and humiliating. Then one of the lady asked to let us know when we all sit in our cars before we leave so SHE COULD COUNT US one last time!!! Paid $3.5k not to be humiliated this way. That wasn’t the end of story, while leaving when I asked them to have a look in our 4 x cars to do the head count to ensure that we are 10 Freakn adults, she said don’t worry, i’ll watch the cameras. It was like as if we are stealing something from the property or that we are lying about something. I’ve been to 42 countries, and hundreds if BnB’s, never have I been everrrr kicked-out of a place with humiliation like this. I had guests from overseas who also “enjoyed” this checkout experience. THANK YOU for having us!! POST REVIEW NOTE: I have just reviewed your response to my review and I am SHOCKED TO MY CORE!!! How pathetic one needs to be to be accusing guests of breaking lamps and other stuff when you learned that we haven’t left a good review to you? Neither did we say that the lamps were blown over by the wind, nor we have ANNNNNY idea what you are talking about? We left everything as we found.

House was great for whole family. Have stayed at a few houses at EagleReach as this was one of the best. Little extras was a nice touch like all the different teas and coffee pods. The milk in the fridge and the little things like glad wrap and foil. All things I thought I would need I took home with me. Feeding the birds and Kangaroos was a nice touch

Some of the Kangaroos came very close especially if you had something in your hand like a phone would be careful if I had small children though you can hand feed some of them the larger ones came a little close for comfort for some family members
