El lugar muy padre y cómodo, limpio.

La chica encargada (clara), desde un comienzo muy insistente con vendernos de manera obligatoria tours. No es cómodo, ya que uno viene cansado y trae horas de vuelo, más oir como lo marean para encasquetar una u otra cosa. Como 2do disgusto, el tema de desayuno iba incluido, no desayunamos, tomamos solo 2 cafés los cuales al entregar la estancia, se nos cobró, (los pagué sin problema). 3er disgusto, a mi compañera de viaje le llegó su mes el cual manchó un poco las sábanas y quería cobrarnos el servicio de lavado.

Shower had instant hot water. Internet was pretty good for me. Bed was comfortable.

It felt like there was no privacy whatsoever, maybe the other rooms are better. The curtains are transparent and they don't stretch out enough to cover the entire window. It is right next to the front desk area/ main entrance and you can see/ hear everything that's going on. They had Christmas lights flashing, lighting up my room at night, I had to unplug them. Thankfully they were nice enough to not plug them back in on my second night. They really need to invest in better curtains. I never turned on the main lights in my room to prevent people from seeing me. Even the bathroom isn't private, as the window faces the courtyard. People can't see you in detail, but they'll know if you're taking a shower or going to the bathroom.

No reception, Nobody show us the facilities or option we had. Very disorganised. Cleaning lady had to show us to our room

Super nice, calm, spacious and clean accommodation. The staff was super lovely and warm-hearted. All our needs and questions were managed immidiately :)
