Great place to stay. close to everything, owners were lovely people. Would definitely stay there again.

Tony and Helen were fantastic hosts, they both made us feel very welcome and could not do enough for us. We were taken to our lovely room, which was spacious, very clean and had so many extra touches. Towels and bedding were soft and brilliantly white. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with a good range of choices. The guest house was well appointed and exceptionally clean throughout. Located close to the seafront and amenities, which was a bonus. We were so please with our experience at Arlana Guest house we are definitely going to return later on in October. We would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Cleethorpes. Many thanks Tony and Helen for making us feel so welcome.

We cannot this of anything that we didn’t like about this Guest House. Only positives. This is truly an hidden Gem.

Everything about this guesthouse was delightful. A lot of careful thought and planning went into making a bright, warm and comfortable place to stay in a terrace style house. Good access and off street parking for 2 - 3 cars, a stones throw from the sea front and a 10 minute drive into Grimsby. Warm and caring hosts and spotlessly clean.

There was nothing that we disliked, but as there is only stair access to the bedroom areas it may not suit anyone with a mobility issue.

Breakfast very good, excellent choice. Good location for pier and town

On Arrival Tony made us welcome ,and gave us a drink Arlana Guest is the best we have ever stayed in Nothing to much trouble for Tony and Helen what a lovely couple have already booked to stay again in November fantastic location for shops and the beach first class accommodation would highly recommend

The ambience. The proprietors. The bedroom and furnishings. The extra touches, biscuits, chocolate, hand wash, shampoo, shower gel, soft towels. The welcome. Excellent value.
