Need coffee machine in every room. Who drinks packet coffee now ? Plastic milk!! No freebies. Fridge not cold. Air con on 15 degrees so freezing room!!

Spacious bedrooms with tea/coffee and plenty of water.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Hotel felt luxurious and was very clean.
Couldn’t get any bar snacks/nibbles with our drinks or able to buy any.
Kitchen closed at 10pm so no possibility of ordering late night food - I thought hotels should be able to cater for all its guests and their catering needs.

Very kind and friendly staff. Nice location - very central. Fresh and fruity water with a daily slogan, that makes you smile.
No hairdryer in the bathroom and no tea bags for making tea.

The parking is way too small to fit two cars in one garage... I slightly scratched the left front side of my car when I tried to move my car but the hotel staff was so helpful I forgot his name (young man) I managed to moved out of my car in the small garage with his guidance... Thank you so much for his BIG Help...

The hotel was clean, great location to everything and friendly staff.
Room was really warm air con was on full still boiling. Also bed was uncomfortable.

they charge you extra for hot chocolate at breakfast when it is already very expensive
