very nice stay and less bushes and more light it would have been great

the house was in a great location. everything needed for a self catering holiday

the house felt very dark as trees and bushes right upto the rear veranda and a big tree in the front plus veranda stopped the light getting into the house.

Amazing !

It is a beautiful cottage inside and outside. It is very clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and gave us a lot of tips on where to go and where to eat. It made our vacation much better.

Comfy and tasteful cottage.

Lovely cottage, Well located, near beaches. the Log burning fireplace was great (and needed on the chilly evening). Very well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine. There was a separate toilet as well as a full bathroom Host had supplied full litre of milk and even ice!

An electric blanket on the bed would have been nice. However there was a heater in the bedroom

Lovely stay!

The owner and the dedicated staff are extremely responsive and kind. The house is fully equipped. Internet works VERY well (at least in the garden). It's very quiet and super close to the beach, restaurant and one supermarket. The house even has some great boardgames like Cards against humanity.

Great find, well equipped, neat cottage, very pet friendly, close to best whale-watching and beaches

The location was superb and our hostess had thought of every little detail. We felt very well cared for. Letitia went out of her way to meet us at the time we wished to check-in, and we enjoyed her attention to detail at the property with welcoming chocolates, sherry decanter, plenty of fresh towels, and a very clean cottage. Thank you, Letitia.

The front garden could not yet be used by our dogs. (I had understood from the marketing images that we were renting a very large walled garden, when in fact our dogs could only access the small front garden as most of the garden shown on the website belongs to the next-door property.) Having said that, the front garden was perfectly adequate, with a lovely barbecue and outdoor patio area included. We had a superb walk along the cliff paths on our departure day, and will definitely book this property again.

Great getaway

Only a stone through away from the beach. The dogs had an absolute ball. Pity it was raining when we were there, would have loved to enjoy the outside area. But we sure did enjoy the indoor fireplace.

The cottage is clean and neat.The outside braai area is very private and lovely to sit outside and there is also a lovely area in front to have breakfast or coffee.The cottage is walking distance to the beaches and a great restaurant Lizette's.

Lot’s of walking on the cliff path and beach time with my dogs.

i used the tv a lot this time. great to have wifi and hdmi cable. kitchen is great, patio is great. enough plug points. cosy bed. supplied dog bowls. spacious.

the fireplace didn’t work but the owners helped me to make a fire outside. i struggle to get the shower temperature to stay consistent. it would be hot and then go cold so I would need to adjust the cold water tap again.

Transparency is important.

The staff. Extremely friendly and the property was clean.

The bathroom was outside. The floors creaked extremely loudly and we couldn't actually use the backyard because it was part of someone else's property. All this information was only revealed when we got there. Just disappointed by the lack of transparency.
