About this house rental
Situated in Independence, this charming house for $246 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This is a 3 bdr house in a quiet neighborhood, less than 1mi. from the stadiums. Arlington house offers all the necessities of home, as well as some extra comforts and fun in the game room. HIgh Speed Wifi, 55in HDTV, Netflix. (Note there is an unfinished basement here which is where the laundry room is. It’s used for storage, and has a half bathroom in it also. We welcome guests to use the bathroom and laundry, just note that it’s an unfinished basement so it’s not the most visually appealing part of the house) Huge oversized couch, new beds and furniture, awesome nostalgic game room, work desk with high speed Ethernet, HUGE fenced in back yard. We were nervous to arrive late to KC on Halloween but delighted to arrive at the cute little house in a foreign area. Had the wrong code, and the very kind host text immediately to let us in. Once inside, it was cozy and inviting. The game room was super fun and there were snacks, water and coffee. There was only one mirror for three girls, but we found one detached in the basement, so I'm assuming it was a temporary situation . Food was less than 5 minutes away. Couch was amazing! Would recommend for a family or fun weekend with friends.

Great little house near Kauffmann and Arrowhead. Comfortable layout, couches and beds, good hot water, cold A/C, very clean and cozy. Easy in, easy out. Neighborhood was not my favorite, I would not feel comfortable walking alone after dark on the nearby main thoroughfare but also, it was very quiet at the house / yard.

We brought our teenagers for a back to school vacation and shopping trip and they LOVED the game room!
We had enough room for everyone to spread out after FULL days of activities.
We were PERFECTLY positioned for Worlds of Fun and Kaufman stadium which were our two main events.
The house was clean and well organized, I especially appreciated the Kurig and coffee option!
10/10 recommend and would be thrilled to stay in any of their properties!

We were unable to stay since they double booked the property. They did offer to host us the following day, but not very feasible with 6 kids and a luggage carrier on top. Didn’t make much sense to unload the entire vehicle just to load it up the next day and keep the luggage on the roof while we were out and about.

I had booked for Chiefs playoff game with date TBD. The host was super fast and helpful communicating as things played out. The house is exactly as pictured, and check-in was a breeze. If you want super close to stadiums and have 2+ couples or large family. This will likely save you money and give you more space than hotel in the area.

The house was great! We had a group of 8 people and it accommodated perfectly. It was far enough outside of the city where it wasn’t too busy but still close enough to not have to be in the car forever to get to places. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is perfect for family’s and friends to chill, have game nights, and watch movies. Check in and check out process was great. The host has very good communication and is very straight forward with instructions. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect for families with children!
We have stayed at many VRBO's and this was the kids' favorite place, because of the game room and, the downstairs floor was concrete and open so they had space to run and play.
The queen bed in the front room was noisy when you move, but it wasn't that bad comfort wise. The kids enjoyed the full size bunk beds that we didn't even know about, and the oversized couch as well.
The dishwasher quit working after one load....which I'm not actually sure it ran a full load anyway. The property owners gave us a discount due to that fact that it wasn't working, and offered to bring us paper products for the duration of our stay. They contacted us quickly every single time we needed anything.
The only complaint I had to them was a few items that I truly needed to cook with, (maybe I'm the only crazy person that tries to cook all meals and save money)!!
He took my advice, thanked me for letting them know, and said he would look into it as soon as possible. So if you plan to cook ALOT for alot of people you might need a few things from your own kitchen.
But, this place is close to EVERYTHING, pretty quite neighborhood, and definitely priced well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Worked Well for Our Needs
The house was cute and worked well for just our one night stay before flying out of KCI. The kids especially enjoyed the game room, it was a big hit! We appreciated the size, number of beds, fully fenced back yard, air conditioning, laundry facilities, and Netflix. However, there were a few cons worth mentioning: microwave and dishwasher both did not work, the second bathroom was down in the very rustic basement and too dangerous for our children to access, there was garbage left on the floor in one of the bedrooms and the bathtub appeared to need some serious cleaning, the floors were VERY loud and squeaky which was difficult with young children sleeping, and the bed in the front bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable and LOUD. Nothing that was a deal breaker, just some inconveniences that I think others may appreciate knowing before booking. Brian was very nice and very responsive! Overall, the place worked well for our needs!

Great place for playing games!
My friends and I had a wonderful time with the house and its arcade games and foosball table. We also liked the table for playing board games and beer! There was plenty of space to sleep everyone.

Arlington House
The location of the property is excellent as it’s near sky zone, a go kart place, and grocery stores. Not to mention GATES BBQ. The game room was fun and the kids really enjoyed that. The only thing we would have liked to have available were more pots and pans to cook with, oil, flour, and seasonings. Other than that, the house was fantastic.
