The hotel staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. They arranged endless restaurant reservations and taxis for us.
I really cannot think of anything I did not like. The hotel ticked all the boxes.

L'emplacement, à côté de la gare Perrache et du métro. Restaurants et boutiques à proximité et si on est en voiture, proche autoroute.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bon.
L'hôtel est décoré avec goût et les installations sont modernes.
L'absence d'un room service. Hormis le petit déjeuner, aucun autre repas n'est proposé.
L'absence d'un parking, il y en a un mais très petit alors si on ne l'a pas booké en avance, et à aucun moment dans la réservation il n'est proposé, il n'est pas possible d'avoir une place. Il faut donc stationner dehors sur des places payantes.
Une télé connectée serait un vrai + dans la chambre.

The location is excellent. Close to metro station and Place Bellecourt. The staff is kind and helpful. The premises are comfortable, clean and home-like. We also like the breakfast.

The staff were incredible, especially the owner Gilles and Christoph. Beautiful decor, tasteful design and comfortable rooms. Everything was very thoughtfully done.

The hotel was in a wonderful location, with shops, restaurants and cultural sites very close by. This really is a stand out hotel, where attention to detail and great thought has been put into every decision. The owners have exquisite taste in art and furniture and this shone through. service was also fantastic. The staff were lovely. Kind, generous, helpful and hospitable. Cleanliness was of a very high standard.
The only improvement I would suggest is a small fridge or mini-bar in the room.

Fantastic staff!! Extremely welcoming and friendly and helpful! Felt right at home or as at home ! Our problem with transporting ourselves with our bikes from Lyon to Luxembourg immediately engaged the whole personnel and not least the manager. Felt very reassuring and safe.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the check in reception was very friendly. The room was large by European standards as was the bathroom, and the bed very comfortable. It was in a good "local" neighborhood with several interesting restaurants, but also within easy walking distance of major tourist areas.
It would be nice if they offered some sort of beverage service during the day/evening, as I would like to have enjoyed spending time in the lobby area (on a rainy day) as it was the best part of the hotel.. The evening/early morning reception person was not very friendly (many evenings he wasn't there). Wish the room had a comfy chair as there was room for one (there was only a small white metal chair). While there were things I liked about this hotel, I don't think it was worth the expense.

The staff were really helpful with all sorts of things like working out what bus to catch, and what places would be open on a public holiday. The place felt friendly. Our room was surprisingly big, very comfortable, and the hotel decor was great, quite quirky.

I did search for hotels with parking and this one was in the list, however, parking was in a large public car par around the corner and cost another 24 euros. So be aware if that if you book.

The room was not so big but quite comfortable. We enjoyed the bottled purified fresh water given to us by the friendly staff.

the room and the bed were very small and the poor quality. in the night there was a continuing noise from the courtyard that was very annoying.

The hotel and room we very clean and charming. The location is in walking distance from the SNCF train station. It was also in walking distance to my work meeting location. You can walk to a lot from the location. Good restaurants nearby. The breakfast is provided in a beautiful grand salon that has lots of lovely things to look at. Beautiful, clean space. They also provided free water bottles throughout the stay; much appreciated.

A gorgeous property - uniquely chic but not pretentious, plus it’s an extraordinary value. The staff is warm and helpful. One doesn’t feel as if one is in a sterile hotel, but rather an elegant, comfortable home. The location is very convenient for exploring the best parts of the city within 1-3 metro stops. This is the only property I will recommend to friends.

Lovely hotel with really interesting decor. Really friendly, helpful staff. Very comfy, clean room. Tea and coffee supplied. Continental breakfast was delicious!
