Ein echtes Wohlfühlhotel mit eindrucksvollem Panorama.

Die Lage, die Aussicht, das Interieur, die Ruhe.

Der für mich zu intensive Duft der Lilien bei der Rezeption…:-)))

es war nett, jedoch fehlten die Fahrräder, das Frühstück war mangelhaft (keine Bananen, Äpfel, Aufstriche!, glutenfreies

die Lage war nicht schlecht, jedoch wären Fahrräder super gewesen, leider war der nächste Fahrradverleih so weit weg, also nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Wasser bei der Dusche wurde nicht war, keine Aufstriche beim Frühstück, keine glutenfreie Produkte, soooo dünnes Klopapier, keine Ablage in der Dusche für Rasierer etc., wartet teilweise lange auf Spiegelei/Kaffee

A beautiful place to be !

The place is fantastic! Due to too much noise on one night we were up-graded and loved our room. The breakfast is beautiful, the view fantastic and the location off the main traffic.

Enjoyed our stay.

Modern, clean. With friendly staff who speak good English. Loved the shower. Good breakfast. Good tv setup. Good quality large screen. Could NOT use our own firestick as the rear of the tv was inaccessible but was able to cast from smartphone to tv.

Exceptional

The location was brilliant. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful & so well kept. The staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I will hopefully return in December

Excellent Hotel . We'll be back.

I recommend this Hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Concerning the room, I have seen bigger rooms, but the room has a nice balcony, which we didn't use (is February now). there is a nice view from the room, as the Hotel is located on the hills. Of course you are a little away from the city center. There is also a bar and a restaurant in a separate building. Plenty of free parking.

One day in Klagenfurt

Professional and friendly straff, from receptionist to bar(wo)man. Comfortable beds, lovely clean bathroom, simplistic design of rooms, nice balcony and view. Tasty breakfast.

Upon arrival, our room was freezzy cold so it took long to get warmer temperature after switching on the heater. Overall hotel temperature was low so we were freezing also during breakfast.

Excellent structure, welcoming, complete, a true 4-star hotel. The only weak point: the restaurant.

The whole hotel has true 4-star services. Excellent SPA and relaxation area (included for all guests). Spacious, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. Well-kept green areas. Free parking inside the structure. Elegant and silent environment.

The breakfast service could be improved. There is a connected restaurant; expensive and with inadequate service. The location too far from both the lake and the city

Breakfast are was very nice

Booked during IM Austria. Bikes had not been allowed in the room. A bike room had been setup where everyone could borrow a key to get access to all the bikes.

Superb

The hotel has been renovated recently and it looks great. The room was lovely and large. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection and things cooked to request. We'll be back.

The music from the new bar can be quite audible. Also occasionally the smell of cigarette smoke would drift in from the table directly outside the front door, but that depends on which room you are in.

Acceptable for a short stop

Location close to lake and motorway access, quiet, free parking, good breakfast

Room furniture spartanic, no aircon, bathroom very basic (painted walls instead of tiles, slippery shower cabin, poor lighting, towels of poor quality), all in all definitely not a 4 star hotel standard; reception staff incompetent; Dermuth’s restaurant at the premises not to be recommended (bad service, mediocre quality and overpriced )
