Perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday. Many shops and restaurants close by.

View from the room was lovely and peaceful Big room and balcony Staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a late flight the day of checkout, and was provided facilities to change that evening so we could use the beach during the day.

The location and the size of the room is excellent. Balcony view is outstanding. Staff is very helpful and maintained the cleanliness of the room. Bathroom is very good. Bed is extremely large, pillows are memory foam. AC is working properly. There is a kettle but you need to bring your own coffee tea.Stay was really really good.

Hotel is using solar power for water heater. On a rainy day, the water is not very hot. Which is ok but if you go for ayurvedic massage, water is not hot enough to wash the oil. My solution was to use kettle to get really hot water. If no oil, then it is ok. There is no restaurant, so you need to order from outside (one hotel delivers to your room). There are enough of restaurants around.

We extended our stay. The room was wonderful. We loved our stay.

The view was beautiful. It is nice to see the beach right from your bed. We ended up extending our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the owner was friendly. My dad absolutely loved the ocean view and the restaurants nearby.

The stay was good

The location and the person in charge was pretty nice. Also, the person in charge made arrangements for our sightseeing. The auto driver was also a nice person. He helped us explore Kovalam. On a lighter note, he can click good pictures.

Few facilities like, an electric kettle or a door mat outside the bathroom were missing. Also, there is no lift. It will be difficult for aged people to stay in upper floors. The thing I disliked the most was Club Miami. It is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. They served me stale food, and the price is way too high. Strongly suggest all, not to visit that restaurant.

Highly recommended

The resort is well placed, right next to the beach with an awesome view of the beach. Just a min walk to the beach Mr. Sam's hospitality makes the stay much more relaxing. I am gonna recommend to all friends.

There are just two drawbacks - The location could not be easily accessible from the roads. - The place does not have an elevator.

Very good

My room had a pleasant terrace overlooking the Arabian Sea; it is very nice to sit there and watch the waves. Also, the manager Sam is a nice fellow, always offering help when you need it.

Directions were difficult, since on some maps the address is wrong. However, the hotel has a big sign atop the white building.
