Very good

the fact that you have to do the cleaning - we don't get it since they have to clean anyway after departure, why should we clean , throw the garbage, etc. to not pay a fee?

the office is a bit far away from the room, suggest you should set a place to let people put their luggages in advance so they don’t have to drag the heavy luggage to the check in office

Comfy stay!

The coziness, cleanliness, and location were excellent! The bed was huge and comfortable. The additional facilities were handy! We were happy with this stay!

Third-party websites for the city tax and security deposit payments didn't give out the feeling of security.

Good value for money, could do with some more care

Close to tra train station and reasonably priced

My room was on the top floor and the ceiling was quite low, so not as comfortable as it seems in the pictures here on booking. The furniture worked with the small space but the dining table was of a standard size, although the only chairs in the flat were stools that were too high for the table, so pretty uncomfortable to eat or work there. Was surprised I had to throw my own rubbish, otherwise you need to pay 50 euro. One of the kitchen's cupboards was broken, with shelves falling, which I informed the staff about. Not sure if previous guest had broken and not informed the staff, but it was not the best. Shame there was no full mirror in the flat, only 1 mirror above bathroom sink.

Great studio to explore Cannes

Great location to explore Cannes. Comfortable bed and spacious studio.

The bathroom only has a half wall separating it from the living area. The shower cabin was very small and difficult to use.

Cannes is a lovely place to visit so I would suggest staying in a more organised property to fully enjoy the experience.

unfortunately we had a terrible experience at this property. We were met by a young lady who has no respect for her paying clients . AC doesn’t work, lift doesn’t take you up to the rooms so we had to carry a stroller and five luggage which was very uncomfortable. Wifi doesn’t work for more than one guest. Location is not bad however it is extremely loud and we were forced to sleep with doors open. wooden Shutters are all broken so we couldn’t even close them to reduce light from coming into the rooms. we booked it with a cot and when we came to the property they forgot about it. I would like to thank the lovely cleaner who helped us with the cot and she should definitely be praised for her great service unlike the property manager who should learn a thing or two on how to deal with customers.

Exceptional

Property has everything you need. Location is great, right in front of the Rail station. Supermarket and Pharmacy are really close. The beach is 5 mins walk, everything was just perfect. I recommend and I will definitely come back :)

Lovely apartment in a great location with all amenities :)

Was a great apartment with just enough space. All well maintained and had everything we needed. The balcony was a nice bonus and although on the same road as the station, there was no noise from outside. Thank god it had aircon, we were definitely grateful for that! Well located.

Not much really but there wasn’t really anywhere to hang or put your clothes

Short stay at the hearth of Cannes

The location is just excellent: right next to the train station, so if you are planning to see more than just Cannes, e.g., have a trip to Nizza like we had it is a superb choice. It is also very close to the nice public beaches and the central pedestrian zone with huge amount of shops and restaurants. The rooms are large enough to be comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well designed - not just nice, but also usable. The host team is very responsive and helpful - like Neo in the matrix we didn't have spoons :-), but after a chat message the "problem" was solved in less than an hour.

There were basically no storage space for our clothes. Because we were here for a shorter stay (3 nights) it was less of an issue, but for longer stays it could be disturbing. The house itself seems to be quite old - likely with a wooden structure, so if you have noisy neighbors, that's bad luck, since sound isolation is not very good. Also you can forget sleeping with open windows here, but that is a price one easily pays for such a central location.

Spacy appartments for a family with 2 kids. Good location, in the center of Cannes, near the train station, 5 min walk to the public beach. All needed facilities were in the appartment. In case of a late departure it's possible to leave the luggade at the office.

We ordered extra cleaning, but the time they came was unexpected. It'd good to agree about timing in advance.

You book a nice studio, but get a crap instead.

Location was overall good.

To my big disappointment they provided me an attic room under a pitched roof, while the photos of my booking showed a completely different studio, not an attic room. They first sent me a wrong code for the keybox. I had to call them to get the right one. There is just a little light in the bathroom, the mirror lights did not work. So it was not possible to shave. Soap dispenser did not work. Water was hardly coming through the shower. As the room was right under the roof, you could here the noise of the birds day and night. It felt like you are sleeping in a chicken farm. Had to call them and booking.com about 10 times. They didnt change the room or provide a refund. They did not even respond to the staff of booking.com. Waste of time. The worst experience ever. Stay away from these apartments.

People looking for a bit of luxury, DON’T COME HERE

Except the location, nothing to like about the property.

I got a different apartment than the one I booked. Pictures were totally different than the one I saw on Booking. The apartment has NO VIEW, an old wall; PIGSTY view. Kitchen utensils were DISGUSTING. Finally, The lady on the phone at the agency was so RUDE.

Great location, but not clean enough

- Great, central location - Spacious apartment - Divided toilet and bathroom - An elevator

1. NOT CLEAN ENOUGH We are traveling with a baby, so we are paying more attention to how clean the apartment is. If we would have been alone, we perhaps wouldn’t notice this, but we couldn’t overlook it this time. Our baby’s knees were literally black from the dust (take a look at the photo) just after a few minutes of being on the floor. We also found a small piece of glass on the floor. They knew we are coming with the baby but they didn’t clean the floor as they should. Instead, we cleaned it ourselves. They did send someone to clean it the next day, but they completely ingorned my question about the partial refund. They did answer on some other questions after that, but they didn’t bother to comment the refund part. So, not really happy with their communication and the sense of empathy. 2. NOT FRIENDLY BUILDING FOR THE STROLLER If you’re traveling with the stroller, note that it’s a bit painful to carr it from the main entrance to the apartment’s doors. There is an elevator, though, which is really good. 3. AN UNPLEASANT SMELL COMING FROM THE BATHROOM Bathroom is linked to the bedroom which is not great in this case.
