We loved the cottagey feel of the place. It's located amongst so many interesting little towns. We made many little day trips. Unforgettable.

The stairs were a bit narrow and steep for my mother (68).

We stayed more than two weeks, totally happy with the location, the facility, the hospitality of the owner. We could leave our bicycles in a large shed. There's a large supermarket 300m away. Despite the closeness of the main road, the traffic noise is limited during the day and zero at night.

The place smelled of cigarette, and this persisted even after two weeks. There were no NO SMOKING signs around. We took for granted that today, smoking is forbidden in public places like hotel rooms. For a non smoker, this was a bit annoying.

It lies very close to the forrest, stunning views, a lot of space and supermarket closeby. Some tourist attractions, and the ATB route (this I loved in particular). Great experience for our family!

Fantastic accommodation, just what you need to feel like you are out in the country side. The cottage has everything you need for a weekend away. The host was really friendly and accommodating. Would definitely like to return soon.

Would be nice to have a chopping board in the kitchen.

The property is ideally located, close to shops and local attractions (Giethoorn). For those active people, there are many beautiful running and cycling routes in close proximity A very peaceful weekend away from the city!

Your own linen is required, otherwise this has to be rented from the property.
