We loved the spacious room and bathroom, the pool area is very relaxing and the breakfast is exceptional. A very nice oasis between olive trees.

From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had made a great choice staying here.
Francesco and his brother Vito dealt with all of our needs in a very friendly and professional manner.
Our room was large and very comfortable, and the pool was beautiful…just what we needed in the recent hot weather.
Breakfast was amazing with a selection of cold meats, cheeses, pastries and fruit…perfect to start the day.
We will definitely be recommending staying here to our friends…a perfect get away 😁

A beautiful boutique hotel nestled in the olive groves. Family run, the breakfast was delightful and the staff went out of their way to look after us and make us feel at home. The room was spacious and had plently of space to hang/unpack our clothes. Beds were very comfortable too - I couldnt have been more pleased with our stay. Very close to Ostuni too and the beach was a short walk/drive away. Really easy to book taxis when required, the hotel were so accomodating.

We picked this location for the first leg of our almost 1 month trip and it ended up being the best of the places we stayed by far. Francesco, Vito and their mom Lucrezia went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable and memorable. Francesco and Vito had great restaurant recommendations as well as knowledge of places to go and how best to get there. Lucrezia served the best breakfast we had in all of Italy and always with a smile from her and her helper. The location is perfect for exploring Puglia and we visited and spent time in all the best spots. The location is also close to several restaurants in the local small town that are very good and very reasonable as well. The property was also beautiful. tasteful, and very accommodating and everything felt new and fresh. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the family who runs it. It exceeded our expectations.
I cannot think of anything negative because the positives were too numerous.

The property is stunning. The rooms and common areas were exquisitely designed, exceeding our expectations. We cherished every minute we spent there!
The access road can be a bit bumpy, and it takes approximately 15 minutes by car to reach the nearest lido. However, these minor inconveniences pale in comparison to the remarkable beauty of the place.

this was a little oasis, the pictures don’t do it justice. such a tranquil, relaxing place! Francesco and his family were so friendly and accommodating, the rooms and grounds were gorgeous and the breakfast was really delicious. it was so easy to get around too, only 10 minutes away from Ostuni if you want to go into the city.

The property is a gorgeous family-owned olive farm with the most aesthetically pleasing features. The breakfast was so fresh and delivered with such warm hospitality and service. The property was a perfect location to hide away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. The family went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The first time we felt a calm energy and the pool was a perfect treat!

charming, unique place, very quite with a lovly atmosphere, within beautiful oilves trees, good place for making sight seeings around, and what is siginificant - owners - family run- they pay attantion to each deatail, and we felt they put lot of heart in this place, very helpfull, brilliant service, breakfast amazing.

Fantastic breakfast with a varied choice of local products. We often skipped lunch after this breakfast because we were still full.
The place is new and has a bit of a stark feel to it. I like minimalism but this was taken a bit too far. There needs to be hooks on the wall to hang your jackets and the bathroom needs a shelf in the shower. It would have been nice to have a little bit of music on during breakfast or playing in the common areas. Nitpicking I know but it’s a good place that could be made better with a bit of ambiance.

Francesco probably is the best host I have ever met. very well prepared breakfast and the food was supper fresh. and he is always ready to help and very nice person.

This B&B in Ostuni was perfect for us on our first trip to Puglia. We liked the location and it was just a 10 minute drive to the center of Ostuni on the hill. For us, we enjoyed being able to drive to the city center but also having that space to be spread out and enjoy the nature of the surrounding area. The property itself is magical! It was beautiful, private, the pool was fantastic, and the breakfasts were extraordinary! I cannot say enough kind words about the staff and how friendly and helpful they were during our stay. We had to leave quite early for our departure and the staff was able to serve us an early breakfast upon request. They went above and beyond with the recommendations in the area too which is always much appreciated.
I honestly don't have any criticisms just rave reviews!

The staff at this BnB are truly exceptional and made this one of our best stays in all of Italy. You have a huge room, private courtyard and big pool area which was often quiet and we sometimes had all to ourselves. The staff go over and above to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Well worth the money and the pictures can’t do justice the profoundly luxurious, peaceful space. Thank you so much for a stay we will never forget.

Fantastic stay at this family run hotel. Everything is very clean (with white linen, etc.) and they even clean the rooms daily. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate our requests - they are very hospitable. Perfect location to see Ostuni. Plenty of free parking space too. Air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated in the heat wave!

Beautiful and charming property, in quiet, peaceful surrounding, within a few minutes drive to closest bars and restaurants and near the seaside. Perfect for a relaxing trip and as a base for sightseeing Puglia.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
We especially loved being surrounded by fruit trees and plants around the property, and the delicious breakfast.

The owners Francesco and his family went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and more. The property is beautiful and very peaceful, in a remote and historical area, but close to many towns and points of attraction. But we just relaxed at the accommodation as we didn’t want to leave! The breakfast, snacks and coffee were outstanding. Our favourite place in Puglia x

What an amazing place this is! Francesco and his family run this b&b like a 5 star hotel. The rooms are immaculate, the beds are comfortable and the pool is every bit as relaxing as the photos suggest. Add to that friendliness and attention to detail and you get a pretty perfect holiday!
We had lunch on site both days, it beat anything we ate in Ostuni. Breakfast was above all expectations. They provided transport to the airport and in and out of Ostuni at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. The location is perfect for exploring the greater region.
We'll return for a longer stay soon, this time with friends or family. Grazie mille Francesco e famiglia!

This property is an excellent choice for your visit to the Ostrani area of Puglia.
A clean, comfortable room. A gorgeous swimming pool for a post touring dip. The hosts were very helpful. And the breakfast was fantastic and huge.
I would have liked a smart television that had Netflix etc and had English channels.

Francesco and his family did everything to make our stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. We had a great time at the swimming pool and enjoyed the beautiful decoration throughout the bed&breakfast. The breakfast was very fresh, home-made, tasty and with a lot of different choices. They were also extremely flexible with checkin and checkout timings. We couldn’t have wished for a better service.

We stayed a week and had the most amazing time. Great base for both exploring Puglia and spending time on the beach. We walked everyday, beautiful walks. Francesco and his mother are the most lovely people and couldn't do enough for us. We will return.

We spent a few days in this wonderful place. We had a fantastic stay, which exceeded by far our expectations. Francesco and Lucrezia are incredible hosts. They made us feel at home from the very first moment. The breakfast was delicious with local products. Lucrezia’s focaccia is the best we ever tried. The pool with salty water is amazing, surrounded by a very nice garden with olive trees. There is also a nice place in the shadow where we could relax and enjoy the tranquility of the place. Our experience there was unique. We travelled around Italy for nearly one month and this was by far the best place we stayed during our Puglia’s trip. We can just recommend this stay at 120%, for us it’s a 11/10! We hope to see you again soon Lucrezia and Francesco ♥️
