It’s a nice place with great view, spacious rooms, clean swimming pool. Paolo was helpful.

It’s toooo far from the center. Either you rent a car/ scooter or pay 66€ for round trip to eat in the city. Far from the beach that is hard to walk too.

We had the most heartwarming stay at this lovely home hosted by the kindest soul Paolo. From the moment we arrived, his kind hospitality enveloped us. The apartment itself was nothing short of enchanting, with its tasteful decor and breathtaking views. The apartment is equipped with all the things one needs for a comfortable stay .The grounds are also surrounded with fig trees, which was amazing! What truly made this experience unforgettable was Paolo's genuine care and attention to every detail, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being throughout our stay especially as we had no car. 😊 We have left with not just cherished memories, but also a deep sense of gratitude for the hospitality and kindness that made our stay truly exceptional in Lipari. There is also the best pizza place nearby called 'le Macine' where we went for dinner and they kindly collect and drop you back to your home. I can't wait to return to this enchanting place and reconnect with the wonderful host who made it all possible. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Paolo & Claudio 💛

Nothing, it was all amazing

Amazing view !

Far from the center , no breakfast, the room was not cleaned the day after use , no shampoo . It’s expensive to get in taxi to the center .

The villa has an amazing view of Lipari, which was great to wake up to in the mornings. Additionally, Paolo was super helpful and accommodating, booking us in for dinner, taking us to and from the port and generally helping us out as required.

This villa represents incredibly bad value for money- at just over £410 a night my expectations were very different to the reality. The apartment is very dated, the fixtures and fittings need replacing, the beds were uncomfortable, the fan above the bed doesn't work, and the shower doors didn't close. The inside of the apartment was very gloomy, even if you open the windows to try and get some light in. I appreciate that I was there in the middle of summer, and therefore should have to pay a premium. However, in my mind you are paying a lot of money for the view which, although it is amazing, isn't worth the difference.

There is nothing to like about this Propery.

We have just returned from 3 nights there which we hated. Don’t be fooled by any of the 10 star reviews, I think they should be checked for verification. The host was very kind and came to pick us up at the port. When we arrived first thing he had to do was try and fix the door. None of the doors locked properly and you have to come out onto the veranda to go between rooms. This was a huge concern as our children would be sleeping in their own rooms which could not be locked from inside or outside (could be locked but one hard push and the door would open). The towels are so old and discoloured. The shower is in a tiny bathtub without a shower screen so all the water literally splashed out. My kids did not want to even enter the shower. I had to force them and stayed in the bathroom with them as they were so scared of the bugs which were running around. They had several legs, were about 1.5 inches long and red. They moved so quick you could not catch them and even keeping doors shut did not keep them out as the gap under the doors is huge. The toilet flush also leaked. The bath mat was so gross you would not want to step on it. We had to tuck ourselves under the bedsheets and kept under them all night including our heads as the bugs were so scary and so many mosquitoes. We paid quite a huge amount to stay here, it was not worth it. Even the pool is so dirty. You can only get a good view if you stand and once sat, all you saw was the hedge. Also, all you can hear is the bugs while you are seated. On our second day, the host asked my husband if everything was ok. When he was told that there are a few things not quite ok, he said next time you have to come for longer and dashed off. We saw him again the following day but he stayed on the phone and disappeared. He was supposed to drop us off to the port on check out but sent someone else. Also, the property is very far from the port and very expensive to get taxi. €35 each way.

The location is stunning, the view is amazing, we had the apartment by the pool, was clean and everything was working, the veranda was very nice and all the outside area was just awesome.
