The Summer House is a beautiful beach house designed for a relaxing summer holiday or a snug winter getaway. Located in an elevated position, just a series of steps down on to the pristine sands of Boat Harbour Beach on Tasmania's north-west coast. The Summer House features a light flooded, state of the art kitchen and open plan living and dining areas. The Summer House boasts two elevated decks and an expansive terrace that provide breathtaking 180 degree views of the Sea, Boat Harbour Beach and Table Cape. The Summer House is tastefully furnished to ensure your stay is relaxing and comfortable. Irrespective of the season the Summer House will not disappoint. Please ask if additional bedding arrangements are needed (additional 2 people). Three night minimum stay. NB: Mobile phone coverage for the Boat Harbour Beach area is Telstra only. NBN and WIFI is available.

Property in a great location to take in magnificent panoramic ocean views from the comfort of the Lounge and front decking. We loved having breakfast in the cleverly designed dinning area also taking in the ocean views. Pantry and kitchen supplies were extremely well stocked. I would rate this property a 6 star rating even though I could only go up to a 5 star. Thank you Linda for a memorable stay.

Fantastic accommodation. Brilliant location, modern, clean, well appointed home. Comfortable beds, lovely linen, great shower, warm and cosy and everything you could possible need in the kitchen to create and serve a super dinner if you were in the mood to cook.
My daughter and I look forward to another visit, possibly in the summer months.

This a beautiful and well appointed holiday home with a spectacular view of boat harbour bay.
Everything you could possibly want for a few days or a week away. 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 mins from a coffee shop/cafe.
Has an addition there is a fully self contained apartment downstairs if you have 6 people. Our teenage kids loved the self contained space.
Couldn’t recommend this home highly enough. In addition Linda was great to deal with.

What a gorgeous spot with the most stunning views out across the beach and sea. Very comfortable sofas and beds and had everything our little family needed for our stay.
Communication with the owner was fantastic, we had an issue arise and they dealt with it very professionally and swiftly.
Highly recommended.

The property is very comfortable, clean and well thought out. The living area, deck and kitchen are all great spots for whale and dolphin watching! Also only a one min walk to the beach. Very helpful owners too! Very happy with our stay, thank you 😊.

Such a lovely house with views to die for.the garden was very safe for our two little dogs but would keep any dog safe.lovely beach and coffee spot in short stroll and enjoyed lovely seafood lunch at cafe.we enjoyed spending time at Sisters beach as well and will be returning again soon.
