This was a very nostalgic trip for our family. We used to stay at a family cottage on the cliff and we hadn’t been back for years. It was awesome to be back in the neighborhood, and so close to the beach. The house was perfect for us and the yard was great for games. We were able to watch a storm from the porch and it was perfect. Would love to come back!

Our family of eight adults and three kids had a great experience here! The house had plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. The porch was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t on the beach. We were concerned at first about the rocks on the beach but they didn’t end up being a problem. We loved that there weren’t a lot of people on the beach and the kids spent hours in the water. We had an issue with the stove and the owners took care of it quickly. We hope to make this our new family spot! We highly recommend this house!

Jenn was very accommodating and the property was very clean and comfortable. Our family had a wonderful 3 night stay and we loved the location - a quick walk to the beach, great place for walking, running and biking.

We had such a nice time here. The house is spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked. The living room perfectly accommodated our large family and the fireplace kept the house warm and cozy. The house has EVERYTHING! We had a couple of questions and the host quickly responded to our inquiries. It was a great trip and I would highly recommend staying at this property.

My husband,son...his friend,daughter and our 2 dogs stayed in this BEAUTIFUL HOUSE for a week. At the time of booking we had SO MANY MORE (this house easily sleeps 14!)people that were going to go.....but life and COVID happened.....SO.... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Wished it was longer!! The property was wonderful, clean,convenient and well kept,,property managers VERY attentive. Nearby shopping,beach in our "backyard". After the hurricane, the ocean sounds were LOUD... HARD TO IGNORE,! LOVED EVERY MINUTE!!!

I booked this property for my extended family to all stay together for a wedding. We were a large group of 10-12 adults and we had plenty of space to sleep comfortably AND have community space to share and make memories. It was absolutely wonderful and I would totally recommend this space to anyone.

This property was perfect for our needs - we were 10 women coming in for a wellness retreat weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need - professional chef approved! The house is in beautiful condition and well cared for including ample towels and linens. The space as generous for 10 people - sleeping and hanging out. We were lucky enough for beautiful fall weather in October and got the chance to enjoy the beach - a stones throw away. There is no doubt we'll be back again!

Loved the updated and very large kitchen, updated baths, rustic but very comfortable bedrooms, large dining table, wrap around porch, and mature private lot. All so close to beach! This home was perfect for our family gathering and would highly recommend it!

What a beautiful home, and such a short walk to the beach. We have family come from various states to gather once a year at the Cape. This home accommodated us all perfectly. The wrap around porch was wonderful. The kitchen was large enough for many to gather and chat. Most of all Jenn was very responsive when we had questions. We hope to stay again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We had the best time at your house. Our group of 12 fit comfortably, and everyone had a bed. The dining room fit 12 of us for a fun "family dinner", the big kitchen with pretty island let everyone snack & help cook, and the living room was perfect for games. If we had more time we would have loved to sit on the spacious wraparound porch. Thank you!!

Just returned from our annual girls get-away weekend. This was perfect for the 6 of us - plenty of rooms and beds; great kitchen and cozy living room and dining rooms. Steps away from the beach and the beautiful sunrise and the location was convenient to everything. Spent 1 day in Plymouth and 1 day in Sandwich. Would absolutely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our large extended family! The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and we enjoyed the wrap-around porch with ample seating. Very close walk to the beach making it easy to enjoy with young kids. Would definitely rent this home again!!

Quel bel endroit! Grande maison dans laquelle on ne se sent jamais à l'étroit. Toute équipée, rien ne nous a manqué. Une cour / jardin immense, pleine d'arbres matures, vallonnée, parfaite pour les jeux et la détente. Nous étions 12 adultes et 7 enfants en bas âge... Et nous y avons été confortables et heureux! Je vous la recommande chaudement.

Our large family had a great time vacationing at this house. We loved that it was so close to the beach and there were lots of things to do that were fairly close by. Plenty of rooms for everyone and kids had fun in their own room upstairs. The only drawback was having so many people share the 2 bathrooms and hot water but we worked it out.
