Three cozy, fresh bedrooms with full closets. 1.5 Baths with all new luxe fittings and finishes. Outdoor spa shower (after May 1). Property backs onto protected wetland/ wildlife sanctuary. Property not suitable for children. Central air conditioning. Central heat. Off-street private parking for 3 cars max. Hi-speed internet/ WiFi. Smart 43” TV in living room. Bose bluetooth speaker. We had a wonderful weekend stay at Frank and Adrienne's property. We were 5 women and the house was perfect for us. Well stocked, impeccably clean, fully renovated and comfortable. Highly recommend! Walking distance to winery and 67 Steps Beach.

We were a group of 5 adults who stayed for the weekend. The house is renovated, clean and has just about every amenity you could need - beach towels, wonderful smelling soaps, lotions, etc..Adrienne met us in person and showed us around. The grounds behind the house were beautiful and enjoyed seeing the wildlife that would surprise us from time to time. The house is lovely, comfortable and very relaxing. We used both the indoor and outdoor shower and everyone enjoyed both. Adrienne and Frank are wonderful and highly recommend staying here.

Adrienne and Frank were incredible! Met us with the keys, answer any questions, and give a quick tour of their beautiful property! You could feel the love and attention to detail in every space! The house was in a great location, walking distance to town, beach, and winery! We could not have picked a better place! Thank you!

The Antheia house was the perfect stay. Clean, cozy, and walking distance to downtown. Frank and Adrienne were very accommodating and responded quickly to any and all questions. They made us feel like family when arriving and gave us a detailed tour of the house and recommended nearby restaurants and beaches. The deck was a great place to relax during the day and night time. Each bedroom had a special touch with beautiful decor. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you again for the perfect stay!

Absolutely perfect spot for our group to attended a wedding nearby! Anything we needed, ANTHEIA house had it. The beach within walking distance was such a treat. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We were in town for a wedding and had 3 couples staying in the house. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Frank and Adrienne were great to work with and very accommodating. We loved our stay at the Antheia and would love to stay again next time we are in town!

Beautiful home. Owner was lovely and checked us into her home. Home has wonderful amenities and is very clean. Difficult to sleep 6 adults, comfortably sleeps 5. Close to all area attractions. Beautiful and quaint home, perfect for small gatherings

Lovely, clean comfortable home located in an ideal location. 6 women celebrating our 60th birthdays. Very nice toiletries and soaps was a nice extra. A bit of a squeeze for 6 women sharing bathrooms and sleeping arrangements as the one bedroom has a very small double bed/ chaise and the bathroom description should have been more accurately listed as 1 1/2 baths with an outdoor shower. Worked for us as we were able to coordinte but worth mentioning.

Great place to stay
My family stayed here for a weekend while we were in the area for a wedding. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The house was lovely, exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Adrienne and Frank’s house! It was the perfect location-we could either walk or drive into town, it was a 2 minute drive to the beach (we went there to watch the beautiful sunset every night). They had everything you could want for our stay-beach chairs, towels, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Great house for a Greenport visit
Adrienne was lovely. She came and showed us the house upon arrival and was available if we needed anything. The outdoor shower was a favorite for all of us. We had 6 adults- we were able to fit 5 comfortably upstairs and 1 slept downstairs on the couch. Two could have slept in the double bed but it would have been a bit tight for us.
The property was well taken care of and even more beautiful than the photos. We walked into town one afternoon which was a lovely walk. Would definitely recommend this house to others!

Picture Perfect Weekend
We were in town for a friend’s wedding. Not only is the house in pristine condition, you couldn’t ask for a more accommodating host. We couldn’t thank them enough for letting us rent their home for the weekend. Had a weekend to remember in the picturesque town of Greenport.
