Very clean and cosy apartment, close to the city center and with fast access from airport.

The apartment looks amazing, it was really well equipped, with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The host was really helpful in preparing the apartment earlier than the check-in hour, as requested by us. It was perfect for 4 persons and I would totaly recommend booking it. :)

Nothing we did not like.

What can I say?! We chose this apartment as we were visiting Valencia for the match against Sevilla. First, it is 50 metres from the Mestella Stadium. Second, our host Tatiana met us outside at exactly the agreed time - she was very cordial, helpful and her daughter gave us great advice about local supermarkets and local amenities. The place - spotless - you could eat your dinner off the floor. The apartment has glasswear, cutlery, a washing machine, and also a heated radiator for towels for when you get out of the shower. The beds - wow - the bed frame is hard as a rock, no sagging, great for your back, very very comfortable sleep. The place was spotless, the host was lovely, the apartment was decorated to a modern standard - i would give 6 stars if I could. 100% recommended - amazing value and right next door to Valencia CF. If you are coming to Valencia and would like an apartment with all the facilities, clean, nice neighbours, good value, great host, book this place. Thank you Tatiana - Michael and Egypt.

The floor is cold - slippers are needed

It’s an amazing property close to metro and bus stations. It was extremely clean and comfy. The beds are comfortable, the AC is working perfectly, kitchen has all you need. There is a hair dryer and a clothes iron (so you don’t need to carry yours). Host is great!

The bedroom doesn’t have any heating source so if you want to heat it, you need to turn on the AC that’s in the living room, and it might take a while until it gets heated.

Great location. Walking distance to all the old town and The City of Arts and Sciences. There is also metro nearby if required. Plenty place for free parking just make sure there is no football match. Clean apartment.

A bit dark inside and there are no views from windows.

First of all the host is very responsible and nice. She provided us a nice crib and waited for us because we came later than expected. The apartment is nicely done and very clean and tidy. Place isn't huge (basically the bedrooms are not big, but what do you really need except a nice bed to have a good sleep?) but have everything you may need. if you need you can cook or just use microwave. Apartment is in the nice area and a nice building and at night was really quite, exactly what we were looking for. down there are a few nice cafes and bars, where you can have a breakfast or dinner, or just take a drink. if you are travelling by car just nearby there is a huge free parking, next to the stadium, and in a few street big supermarket Mercadona. The location is great. Very close to the Turia gardens, Jardins del Real and to the Old Town. We definitely will come back.

Can't say that i didn't like it, mostly just for future travelers to take it into consideration and not to have abad time after. Take into consideration that just right in the corner there is a stadium. I am sure that for people who come to watch a game this would be a huge place, but could be a problem for others. If you want a nice view from the window it is not a place. Kitchen-living area has windows to the light yard (patio de luz) and both bedrooms' windows look to the inner yard. ah, an elevator is small. if you are with a pram and a luggage be ready for a few trips )))

There wasn't anything to dislike.

It was a beautiful and welcoming apartment, very clean and fresh. The location was very good to, within walking distance to the centre and the city of arts and sciences, both approximately 25min walk. There were lots of cafes and restaurants around too. Another bonus was free parking, although very busy.

Host was very helpful. The apartment is clean and has everything we needed. Good places to eat just outside the building.

A bit noisy in the evening with the windows open, however there is air conditioning and also the noise did not stop the children from being able to sleep.

Clean, conveniently located 20 min walking from the city center, plenty of parking places right in front of the building. Sleeping places are comfortable, bed sheets are all very clean. Within 5 min walking there are cafes, fresh fruits/vegetable shops, supermarket, bakeries and restaurants.
