A quite resort just for resting and reading books ! Enough for 2 to 3 nights not more !

The greenery in the property. The room size was good, and the view of room was ocean it was nice also.

The lack of entertainment and restaurant option ! There was only one restaurant for breakfast and lunch and one for dinner. At evening very dark atmosphere u even don't see what you are eating ! Also its after sunset quite dead place ! This place good for people wants to sleep and rest most of the time ! For the money I paid wasn't happy with their facility at all.

Fantastic stay

The Oberoi Bali is really high class resort. Intimate yet superb service, staff extremely professional and all customer requirements, wishes, needs will be responded immediately. Hence, we have returned to this resort already 3 times! I highly recommend.

My daughters claimed this was the best vacation ever.. we look all missed everything about it

Almost everything, ive never stayed in a hotel that gives attention to every little details that made our stay so memorable. The hotel even surprised me with a birthday arrangement though we didn’t highlight anything about this. The staff were all amazing and really passionate to attend to all guests, loved all about it 🤍

Great location, awesome beachfront hotel

Very central location in Seminyak. The best beachfront hotel I have stayed at so far. The rustic thatched roof villas added a charm to this place which was only exceeded by the courteous, accommodating and generally just such a lovely nature and mannerism of the whole team. The breakfast is a table service and has incredible variety. One could sit there for hours, admiring the waves and indulging in michelin star quality food. The pool and beach staff, especially the lifeguard were very nice and made sure to keep a watchful eye on the kids when they were having their surfing lessons. The afternoon tea with entertainment every day was a lovey touch and the kechak dance show at the end of our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel is on the doorstep of the bustling streets of Seminyak but an oasis of calm once you cross over the hotel threshold. The beach although a public beach is clean and stretches for miles.

Loved everything about this property!!! The staff was amazing, definitely 5 star service!! Accommodations were superb, the grounds were well kept, the food and drinks were excellent. The location was perfect, beautiful sunsets from the property on the beach, conveniently located to the flea market and city center of Seminyak, easy walking to any restaurant in Seminyak, but if you don’t want to walk, the resort has shuttle drop off and pick up locations around the city. Enjoyed everything about this property and location!!!

The location is idyllic in lovely gardens on the beach. It was a very Balinese experience. The staff are polite and friendly the manager John was engaged with the customers and ensures everything was up to standard. The food was excellent so all in all it was delightful.

Absolutely beautiful property. Staff go out of their way to look after you and will always remember small attention to details. Pool and surrounds beautiful. Breakfast a real treat each morning. Great work by the garden crew.

Resort does not feature true twin rooms which can be uncomfortable if sharing with a friend or family member. Twin room in a hotel is a staple so this could easily be improved.

Pure luxury with 5 star treatment (but 2 star internet)

The kindness of all personnel is outstanding, like in almost all of the places tourists see in Indonesia. The garden is beautiful. It shows that it taken care of with care and love. This resort is pure luxury. The hotel appears to have told personnel to always stop doing what they do if they see a guest looking at them, smile and greet the guest with nice words. This gives you an excellent feeling (although I understand that sometimes you might feel that they take this policy perhaps too far). The breakfast was amazing. It's à la carte, made with love and in accordance with the highers standards. The poolside service is outstanding also. One might think, if I am so overwhelmingly positive, why not give it a 10 out of 10?

I may have understood things wrong, but I seem to remember that the person introducing the bungalow and it's amenities to us mentioned that Netflix was included. It isn't. I logged on with my own account, because the Google Chromecast which I always carry when I travel wouldn't work because the wifi in this resort requires authentication through a webpage. But even with the netflix app in the TV, the internet was too low to be practical. Sometimes it worked, other times it would buffer repeatedly or just quit. Complaining about it turned out useless: they sent a kind guy over who didn't do anything but asking the IT dept. to reset the router. The next day, the general manager called to apologize and offer more help, but nothing changed. It's not that internet in Bali is unreliable, it's just that this hotel did not invest enough in good reception in all bungalows. Streaming from my phone to the TV was impossible, because there was no way of knowing which device you had in your bungalow, since all TV's have their default name, hence all the same names. The list of devices showing on my phone was endless. I changed the name of the TV myself to a more logical name, i.e. OberoiRoomxxx (yes, it wasn't set to impossible, which is something you'd expect in an expensive 5 star resort). I suggested to the general manager that this could be a good idea for improvement and he thanked me for the advice. Whatever, streaming was still impossible due to internet problems. Is this a reason not to visit this beautiful resort? Of course not! It's gorgeous and by all means go.
