You can enjoy this 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath main lake home in Wildwood Point Subdivision. Home has been recently updated and has all necessary ammenities. Perfect for families with children, multi families or use as a couples get away. Close to community clubhouse with pool, clubhouse, 2 boat ramps, day slips, swimming area and a beach area. Use the clubhouse amenities or tie up to the boathouse on the property and take advantage of your own private sandy beach next to the dock perfect for hanging out. The dock is half covered and has a small refrigerator and bluetooth stereo along with storage to keep your water accessories. Water depth is 4'-6'ft at dock. The dock is very accessible by walking down the gently sloped path or you can walk down the steps from the porch. Great level lawn to play or enjoy the evening by the fire-pit. We couldn't have loved our stay more. If you have kids, this is the place for you. The property is amazing. The beach area was so great for our younger swimmers. The grassy area had room for us to set up our volleyball net and other yard games. We rented a boat for our stay, so having the dock was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and we ate on the porch every single night. It was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property had loads of dishes, towels, quality sheets, comfy beds and seating for indoors, on the patio and on the dock. We highly recommend this place to any group of about 6 people.

The house and lake were perfect for our month of vacation. The kids and grandkids had such fun in the lake, jumping off the dock and floating in the protective cove. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need. Beth was such a pleasure to work with. We will be back next year!

Another great year!
This was our 4th year at Revels Retreat. Our family ranged in age from 2 to grandparents :) I can’t say enough that hasn’t already been said. It’s a great location and house for all ages. We booked our 5th year before we left. Can’t wait to come back again. It feels like our home away from home now.

Property was exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive to all communication. Perfect spot for us for paddle boarding and community swings and pool for kids.

The house was great for our fist getaway since 2019. Beth was very communicative when we had questions. The gradual slope into the lake was great for our son who is not an experience swimmer. Before our week was up, our son was trying to get us to sell our home and buy what he will forever call ‘the lake house’! Would rent the house again!

Sublime View, Wonderful Neighbors
This best aspect of this rental are its wonderful neighbors, Eric and Kris. They were helpful and kind in every interaction. The view from this house is just great. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning and reading books on the dock as the water rippled on the beach. It’s a great retreat for all ages— don’t forget to rent jetskis from Lake Gaston Ski Rentals. (Update:The pool is now open and there is no longer a fire pit on the deck.) The house is fully stocked, especially with towels and linens. The open kitchen/ great room floor plan is perfect for families. Beth is very responsive to any requests for help. The kids enjoyed making s’mores and playing games on the lawn. We could not stop smiling—our stay here was a welcome reprieve from a difficult year.

We had an amazing week long vacation at this property! The house was beautiful and the dock provided hours of fun fishing and jumping in the water for my older children (ages 8 and 5). The beach-like access and shallow water was perfect for my 2 year old. The pictures provided of the house don’t do it justice! It was very spacious and very well stocked. The deck out back was a favorite spot for morning coffee and happy hour. The owner, Beth, was easy to get in touch with and even checked in during our stay to make sure we were okay. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Retreat
Our family had a wonderful week at Revels Retreat. We had a total of 10 in our group which consisted of family, friends and grandparents. The layout of the home was ideal for a group of our size and everyone had plenty of space to spread out, eat, and sleep. The kitchen had plenty of seating space, and the beds/linens were comfortable. The home, tucked away beneath a canopy of trees was quiet and peaceful. The location on the lake was ideal (close to restaurants, boat gas and coves for wake boarding/wake surfing). We brought our boat and felt comfortable tying it up to the dock for the week. Beth was helpful and responsive and worked hard to ensure we had everything we needed to have pleasant stay. My only suggestion would be to give a more detailed description of the driveway and boating access. It was tricky backing down the long curvy driveway (especially in the evening) as we had to unload prior to putting our boat in the water (it was raining). Additionally, our boat has a large tower so we were able to access the lake though the boat ramp near the club house only. Unfortunately, we tried the one at the entrance to the neighborhood first and our boat would not fit under the small bridge requiring us to turn back around, take it out and drive to the other boat ramp. Not a big deal but would've been helpful to know upon arrival.

Enjoyed our stay!
Everyone had a great time. Loved the location! Was very clean and had enough room for all. Shaded porch was relaxing and could use all day even during the hottest part of the day.

Second time better than before
This is the second summer for our family at this beautiful home. It's a perfect match for our group and was just even more wonderful than last year. The location is amazing. We love having the views of the main lake along with the protection of the cove to swim in. Beth and her family went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We hope to return next summer.

Amazing family vacation
This was an amazing place! The pictures really don't describe how beautiful the location is, the property, the house. My family of 5 and my brother's family went. We spent most of our days at the dock and swimming. The kids had a blast on the mat and they fished ALOT. We rented a pontoon and a speedboat for tubing. Beth was extremely responsive to any questions I had and the house was equipped with everything we needed. I felt like I was at home. We will definitely be making a trip back and we will be staying here!

A Little Piece of Heaven on the Lake
A completely wonderful experience on beautiful Lake Gaston.
Beth was very responsive and helpful with check-in and the home exceeded expectations from its outstanding cleanliness and stylish design to the peaceful, beautiful location. One special touch was the thoughtfulness that went into making sure we had everything we needed (and more!). Lots of linens and kitchen/bath supplies on arrival - no need to rush out to the store for paper towels, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, etc.
Five stars for this home! We couldn't have been happier and are planning our return. Thanks, Beth & Family!

AMAZING PROPERTY!!
We have stayed on Lake Gaston the last 3 summers. We have rented 3 different houses, this is the only house I would rebook! The house was as pictured, clean and well stocked. The outside was perfect! Sandy walk in, right off the main lake. Awesome neighborhood close to the grocery store and restaurants!5

Amazing views, perfect getaway!
We so enjoyed our stay! One week just wasn’t enough. The home is lovely and accommodated our family well. Comfortable beds and lots of amenities, well stocked kitchen. The lake was so clean, water was warm and deeep enough to jump off the dock. Friendly neighbors let us borrow their paddle boards. A week we won’t soon forget! Only negative was prior renters left a mess in the fridge and food in the freezer as well as used towels hanging in one of the bedrooms. Nothing that a litte cleaning and laundry couldn’t take care of. The internet went out twice while we were there but the owner was quick to respond. Nothing short of a marvelous week. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Vacation!
We had a great time at this beautiful home. The pictures really don't do it justice. Plenty of space, loved the easy entry into the water, and the boat house and dock are just fabulous. It was so great to be able to leave all our of water stuff in the boat house overnight and not have to lug it back and forth each day! We would totally stay here again.

First time Gaston vacation
My family & I loved the house and the location!
We spent most of the time at the boat house, fishing, kayaking and using our boat that we tied up at the dock. There was a handy mini fridge and great radio at the dock as well. The house TVs are a little tricky, especially if there is a storm and the electricity flickers, it will knock all your settings off. The only things that could be done to make the rental even better would be more lighting down the path to the boat house at night and two trash pick up days instead of one.
The neighbor at the end of drive made us take one trash bag home with us because it did not fit in the trash can & because he said it would attract raccoons before the normal Monday trash pick up. We will be back, it was a great time for my family. Thanks Beth

Family Vacation
This is our second year staying at Lake Gaston versus the OBX. With young kids we just find the lake to be easier on all of us. We loved our stay here and my mother in law thanked me many times for booking such a wonderful house. The sandy beach was great and my husband fished off the dock all week. He caught catfish that we fried up for dinner one night. We rented a pontoon and tied it to the dock. One nice surprise was the large floating mat at the dock. The kids really enjoyed hanging out there when they tired out... as did I! We had s’mores by the fire pit on two nights. We had everything we needed or wanted. The house was very well stocked. We hope to book here again next year. Beth was amazing and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Thank you for sharing your amazing lake home with us. We hope to return.

We had a great time at this property! The home was clean, well-maintained, and on a great spot on the Lake! The fishing off of the dock was prime in the secluded cove that the house sits on. Additionally, the porch and sitting area allowed for comfort and ample relaxation. Thanks for having us!

Perfect
We rented the property for the location to other family members, that also have a home on the Lake. It was our granddaughters wedding, my husband has Parkinson’s and a down stairs bedroom and bath where a must. So pleasantly surprised to find the home is well-maintained. Up Stairs has a beautiful new bathroom with walk in shower(shower is beautiful). The furnishings are comfortable and modern , but It has not lost a lake house feel. Just before the wedding my husband had to go into a rehab for a short time , so he was not able to join us . I stayed in the house by myself , but felt safe and sound. I also sleeped like a baby on the comfy bed . The day of the wedding the bride and bridesmaids were there at the house to get ready, because there was such good space. The groomsmen came over later and the photographer took the pre-wedding pictures there. We will not get them back for a month or so. I was told by all that they were absolutely beautiful, and part of the beauty were the surroundings . Owners are easy to contact and very quick to respond. We had a wonderful wedding and this house added to that time.

Amazing week, full of memories.
Our family had a blast at your home. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved swimming in the lake and jumping off the dock. The nice slope into the water was great for the little kids, and the deep water at the end of the dock was perfect for jumping. Your floats were great. We rented a boat for a few days and your dock worked perfect for that. The fishing was great!! You're pretty close to the marina and grocery store. The fridge and radio in boat house added to the enjoyment. Our family made some awesome memories! Thankyou.
