AVOID IT.

Don’t go there if you want a welcoming or pleasant stay. The day of check-in the lady was gentle, but the man who I assume is the one in charge was grumpy. We didn’t have good impression but we didn’t care. The day of the check-out, my daughter wanted to use the pool in the morning we went there it says it is open at 12, the man was outside and he confirmed that we cannot use until 12. So we waited at the hotel and checked out at 12:08 and thought we could go to the pool now. He was shouting at me and my 3-year-old of being 8 minutes late and ridiculed us that how can we not know this “common sense” that no access to pool in last day of hotel. He is an old man so I didn’t argue, I simply said we travelled around the world and it is common sense for me that hotel facility is open on check-out day and if your place is different you should write somewhere to let us know. He could also have told us his rule earlier when we asked him about pool in the morning. He said every place in Europe is like this and we are bad travelers because we don’t know this. Simply false. Just fresh example of our last two hotels before we came here, one in Ronda one in Alicante, both places we had access on last day. Sir, you just need to let your guests know your own rules in a minimum polite way, there is no excuse for rudeness. If you can’t control your temper, probably don’t be in hospitality business, because we travel to have nice time not to hear your grumble.

Nice place in a quiet environment.

We were in the first floor, so we spent our time in the garden in front of the apartment. When the wind came, we could enjoy the pool too. Very nice place.

Exceptional

Great location. Pristine. The cleaning is extraordinary and we are well impressed at the amount of effort put in to keep the place safe. Really comfortable apartment with all necessary facilities. We were so impressed we extended our stay.
