No tan confortable

La ubicación ideal, está frente a la playa.!

Para el costo de la habitación no es nada que lo requiera, pague $69 la noche y el internet se fue a las 9 de la noche y no dieron solución alguna, una habitación muy atrás porque según todo estaba ocupado y cuando reservé me salían dos habitación disponibles con vista frente a la playa.!

La ubicación es excelente

El parqueo un poco lejos ..pero la ubicación del hotel es excelente.. El restaurante debería vender desayunos individuales no bufet porque al ser buffet es más costosos más aún cuando somos algunas personas el buffet por persona es de $8 .y mis hijos casi no comen mucho en desayunos

Directly on malecon in Salinas. Very lively spot. Decent value.

Very attentive staff. Love the fridge in the room. Parking available though off site, so a bit of a project. A/C worked well. Hot water showers. Tiny pool with good hang out area. Attached restaurant is very nice and convenient, though the food was only meh.

Room was a bit of a cave. We could have spent more for a higher floor with better views however.

Well maintained hotel directly on the boulevard

Location is perfect, it is a well maintained hotel and a great restaurant directly on the boulevard. The direct mini-bus office and departure/arrival point from/to Guayaguil is just around the corner.

The location...that's it.

I was sold the "upgraded" family room which on booking said it had a private patio, which turned out that it was not private and many other people used the patio. This was a double slap in the face because not only was I charged $200 extra, we also had NO privacy in our room and had to have the blinds closed almost all the time. Additionally, the towels were old, stained, and falling apart. The sheets were in bad condition with holes in them and stains on the comforter. Breakfast was not included as it is in most other hotels in the area and for the price I paid this should have been included. (The free coffee was burnt and disgusting). There was no shampoo or conditioner offered in the room. No hair dryer in the room. No cable TV or other source. At one point I was in the room with my girlfriend getting out of the shower and an employee tried to get in the room without knocking or announcing...luckily I was standing naked right next to the door so it couldn't be open. When we asked the desk clerks about the patio they were not understanding or considerate. In short, this hotel was ridiculous and I would not recommend it. The only thing good about it was the location.

Superb

Building location, staff and confort.

Lisent the voices between rooms, also noise' people till 3 am talking loud ouside the pool. We can't rest that nigth. Maybe in other room up stairs will be bette, but one member coudn't use the stairs. In other places you set limitation for the noises, baybe 12 am.

Little disappointed.

Location Nice Bathroom Comfortable beds Hot water Free coffee and tea at reception. Nice staff.

Parking is far 3 blocks from Hotel Front rooms with sea view, have bad windows.so can hear all the street noise. Mosquitos in the room at night. Over priced breakfast.

they charged me doble and after i asked them nice that maybe it was just a mistake and if they can send me the half of the money back they didn’t gave me any respond anymore. Very sad. They would have a lot potential but with stuff like this you don’t make yourself popular.

Superb

The location is excellent. The price is a good value in relation to the what is offered. The hotel is well maintained and clean . The staff is friendly and helpful. The TV has Netflix and WiFi signal is strong.

I would prefer if the hotel offered some rooms with king size beds for which i would pay extra. The floor of the bathroom has slippery tiles which need anti slip mat.

Would not stay thers again there are many better places to stay if with hot water so no cold showers

It was across from the beach

There was no hot water it came out so little it was like a leaky tap and that was wide open. The padio door leaked when it rained and filled the corner of the room. There was alot of noise all night hard to sleep. I went to the hotel resturant and waited 25 min for service as the waiter walked past me about 15 plus times and i tried to get his attetion and he just kept walking. So i left. The stuff in the fridge in the room was very expensive three time what you can get it for three doors down and they pack it so full you cant put your own stuff in it.

Good hotel in Salinas

Hotel is really good situated, just in front of the beach. Really clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice pool for afternoon relax.

Reception staff was really nice and helpful but did not speak any word in English :( Quite noisy because of the street.
