Perfect location

The best room service

Everything so old and must be changed, fix, update. Towels looks like floor rag, bet sheets with marks, oldish smell in the room

Я прожила в этом отеле месяц, идеальная локация - пешком можно дойти до пляжа, торгового центра, магазины, обмен валюты, салоны, рестораны, кафе, максимально все. В отеле очень вежливый, милый, приятный персонал, всегда максимально постараются решить любой вопрос.

Единственный минус - интернет в номере очень слабый, приходилось спускаться в лобби отеля для звонков

Good location, cheap and affordable

Close to main restaurants and bars / beaches in Legian

The bed was quite hard although for the amount I paid per night I can’t really complain! My safe didn’t work so I used my friends. Rooms were clean and tidy just a bit dated.

Nice hotel and good value, but noisy and very poor wifi.

The positives are price, cleanliness, helpful staff and a central location.

Two significant issues were excess noise and very poor wifi. The noise sources in my room were from barking dogs in the vicinity, construction noise in the adjacent room, and the air conditioning. I was originally booked into a room on the 4th floor and found the wifi almost unusable so I moved the second floor. The wifi was initially much better in the second floor room, but then began working only intermittently. About 50% of the time the wifi would be so slow that internet use was impossible.

Will NOT stay here again!

Central location. Close to Legian Food Court, restaurants and shops.

Black Mould in rooms, poor cleanliness, unhelpful staff, terrible shower pressure with no hot water.

Management needs to organise a maintenance program, OA shower not working, hot water, , basin plug not working, wifi comes in and out, had to go else where to get good connection, at end no hot water at all, not offered a room with water, told all rooms had no water, then found I was in one of 5 rooms without water so I insisted a change to room with water, with change realised I had never had adequate water supply, o/a to room found safe not working, batteries in safe ,clearly not working, you need an efficient maintenance program so clients r not experiencing problems OA , Customers want everything to work O/A

Hidden Gem

This is such a hidden gem! Can't beat it for price.

The pool is pretty much in the lobby and half under cover. If you are looking for a hotel to laze by the pool, this probably isn't the best choice, but for price, location and comfort I can't fault it

Good Value

The room was pretty big, clean, air conditioning worked very well and the shower had good hot water. Was in a good location near enough to an Alfa mart, enough parking available if you have a car or bike. Staff very friendly. Water provided plus a fridge to chill it and you can make tea & coffee. There was soap in the shower but no shampoo or conditioner. Shower cap, tooth brush and paste provided too. Overall its good value

WiFi was very poor and kept dropping in and out, would not be good for someone needing it for work. Had a connected room separated by a locked door but this was not as soundproof as a wall. Had someone next door for only 4/10 nights but you could easily hear what was going on next door when someone was in.

The value for money and quality of staff customer service was on point! I loved my room, and the staff kept it clean. The AC was great, even sometimes had to turn it off because it worked so well. I asked a lot of the reception staff during my stay- like holding my laundry for me and passing onto Laundry service pick up etc. And they obliged no problems. It was a great stay overall.

The only negative for me was the wifi, it wasn't useable. Could only receive delayed messages- was not able to download my study materials for Uni, or use Instagram/anything with video content.

it was a nice stay

it’s on a quite street. rooms look same as pics. staff is very friendly and way polite. has a lift so you can park your bike in the basement and get a lift to your room. bed is very comfortable. housekeeping staff cleans your room everyday, although I got it cleaned only twice during my 8 days stay as I was by my self. aircon works fine. it’s a great place for the price you pay. will come back

my room wasn’t ready although I got there around 1600 hours. no hand soap or hand towels in the bathroom so had to use bath towel and shower dispense soap which was ok for me. hotel needs to update its room facilities as a lot of stuff mentioned on the list wasn’t available in the room. for example - flip flops, hair dryer, etc etc.

The staff were fantastic except for cleaning

Restaurant wasn't open except for breakfast and then only towards the end of our stay No bar They booked the dinning area the pool the smoking area and the sitting area out to a private group so stay in your room or sit out the front in the street and it was the only time the restaurant opened at night We stayed 15 nights had to ask for clean towels and linen

There was just a bit of space for clothes, I would appreciate some cabinet at least. Breakfast was very simple, we ate here just twice in a month.

Unacceptable too accept my booking not to offer no refund

booked a room for three people for 6 nights they accepted my booking but they did not have a room available my son had to sleep on the floor no fold up mattress no cushion available they did give us two blankets to use for a mattress, I asked for a refund which they refused they said to take it up with booking.com. Every day when they cleaned our room they would only replace two of the three towels that was needed everyday I would have to go to reception to get an extra towel, one would think after the 4th night they would get it right but no.

The room was filthy and the bed linen and towels were all stained, the room smelt damp everything had not been cleaned the chair was full of food staines

if you look for budget hotel with very cheap price, this hotel is good

price is cheap clean except the floor. when we checked in, room's floor was oily, but they did not provide slipper on the 2nd day, we met the house keeper ourselves, asked them to pay attention on the floor cleaning & gave them some tip in advance before we went out. & when we were back, it was perfect. they gave soap also, while on the 1st night they did not send it when we called them

oily floor on the 1st day poor amenity: no slipper, no hand towel when we entered the room after checked in, the room was really empty: no amenities, no towels staffs: 1. we must waited long for room checking when checked out while in other hotels now almost no room checking that customer must wait. I left to laundry, & when be back, still must wait 2. information asked to drop our laundry on receptionist desk. but when we had been already there, they asked us to go the laundry by ourselves

Very good

All of the staff were really friendly and they always maked your room clean. The price of the room was affordable for me. I thought this hotel was located in strategic area in Legian due to the location near from popular restaurants in legian area also in seminyak or Canggu area.

Due to the hotel was not too big, so you would hear the kids voice when they were swimming at pool or in the hallway. So you should choose the highest floor.

Don’t bother.

Bed was comfy. Rooms are modern and fairly clean.

Wifi was practically non exisiting in the rooms, no hot water and water pressure was bad and when told staff this they said ‘just have a cold shower’. On our Last day one of the lights in the ceiling started to leak water quite heavily, when we advised reception we were told ‘you’re leaving today so it doesn’t matter. Ants and mosquitos in the bathroom. No hand soap provided, also had to ask several times for toilet paper, each time we was giving a tiny roll. Main lights in the room didn’t even work. Photos don’t match the property whatsoever. Staff just didn’t really seem to care. Not very secure property, rooms downstairs open up into the reception/restaurant area and no doors on lobby.
