I loved the price. The room was so large! It was like a suite. Beautiful beach is literally like a football throw away.
I did not like all the construction, lack of seeing other guests, and the extensive security measures to keep other people from coming in. Also did not like the location. Other than being close to the beach it was not close to downtown or the airport.

La habitación asignada de excelente vista y espaciosa. El mueble individual estaba con una pata rota, lo cual entiendo que deben reparar. Por lo demás sin duda alguna es una excelente habitación. Todos en recepción son muy cordiales y dispuestos.
Hubo problemas con el suministro de agua, El restaurante no cuenta con servicio al cuarto debes desplazarte al establecimiento. No tienen un menú de fácil acceso por lo que el recepcionista de turno tuvo que ir al Restaurante y enviar una foto del menú.

We arrived at 22:30 pm which I had previously informed the property. No one was there to check us in and reception was locked with a chain. We finally found someone to assist at 2:00 am and they put us in a room with no water no towels and no toilet paper. Next morning we went to reception to check in properly but again reception was not open until 10:00am. Finally someone came to help us but the room that was booked from the day before for 8 days was still not ready. Three hours later we were shown to our ocean view room with a view of the garbage area. The room was not clean and the toilet was not connected properly so the bathroom was already filled with water. We are now 24hour post booked check in time. Disaster. I received an email 3 days after returning home that there would be no one at reception to check us in. A little late for this communication.

Ocean front bar and restaurant was great. The waiters were very help due to language barrier. English menus would be helpful. Bench access was very good, however endless amount of excursion and goods sales people is a major issue when you want to enjoy the bench.
We went to go grab food at nearby restaurants and those were closed. The room had poor air conditioning in the bedrooms. The apartment was not readied for occupancy. Limited towels and amenities.The local room internet did not work. The toilets were in need of repair and leaking water.Awful drinkable water asavailable from faucets. The patio door was broken, so patio access was difficult. Very limited kitchen utensils and plates.Be prepared to bring your own supplies, glasses and cooking pots, pans.

The water was stink and salty we had to dealt with it for 9 days couldn’t wait to come back to the USA. The bathroom was nasty no clean at all.please do yourself a favor go to another hotel.

-water drains smell so bad that you cannot shower or turn on the water
-there is no way to get a coffee in the morning-everything around on the beach is also closed
-the apartment was not very clean

It is located by the beatiful beach. Right there is also a great restaurant and a bar with great staff, so I really didn't have any need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend it.
I can't think of one negative thing, because there weren't any.

The swimming pool was nice and clean. Easy access to the beach with paid service available to use beach chairs and to get some food and beverages.
We disliked the whole experience. The apartment wasn't completely clean, and it had an awful and unpleasant smell. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn't working in the master bedroom and living room, while the air conditioning in the second bedroom was working poorly with difficult temperature regulation. Lastly, the taste of the water in all faucets and showers was terribly strong and smelly, it gave us a terrible smell and greasy skin. The master bed was broken, with fragments of wood falling apart.
Kitchen had minimum utensils with no dish soap available and no paper towel.
Overall, I am very disappointed with this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel has nice spacious rooms, access to the beach, and a great location in Punta Cana.
The tap water smells like sulfur and metal, it leaves a greasy feeling on the skin. It is impossible to take a shower with this water.
The hotel didn't provide shampoo or shower gel, just a cheap piece of soap.
There were also some weird white bugs in the room, that were trying to get food from the table.
The shower desperately needs renovation.

the location is perfect! the apartments are clean and spacious. perfect for a family with kids.

The lack of any basic supplies in kitchen, dirty bathroom (and toilet!!) upon arrival, wifi very unreliable…
Far over priced for what is offered!

There is nothing good about this property whatsoever.
The air conditioner was on full blast blowing hot air and couldn’t be turned off even though it was the middle of a heat wave and they couldn’t fix the air conditioner for the duration of the stay.
There was mouldy food in the fridge and it was filthy(see pictures).
The horrible staff charged extra for my guests even though I booked for a 6 person apartment and confirmed that the other three would be joining us the next day. They insisted on charging us an additional $30 for the other three guests who arrived the next day. They had no reason other than because it was late at night and they new we had no choice but to pay it. This was mainly spearheaded by the security guard that insisted on calling head office even though the receptionist agreed we shouldn’t have had to pay for the additional guests as we had already payed for them.
All in all I’d say stay away from this horrid and dirty place with rude staff, and bad facilities.
