Nestled in San Pedro, this attractive condo for $120 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 650 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 bath Condo. Maximum occupancy 3 persons. No smoking in condo however a breezeway just outside is an excellent smoking area. Kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, toaster,refrigerator,dishes and utensils, 5 gallon bottle water dispenser and 2 nuwave cook tops with pans. Living room includes flat screen TV with cable and wifi. Dining area is a large mahogany bar top with seating for 4. A. Large stereo system also included. Additional TV is located in the master Bedroom. Tiled bathroom has large shower with shower seat. Carrier air conditioner has remote and every room has a ceiling fan with light. Private covered golf cart parking just outside door. Excellent dining just 40 meters away at blue lagoon, ramones, or hurricanes, Piers close by for diving, snorkeling, fishing and other water excursions. Carlos & Ernies runaway bar pub located just across coconut drive. Optional laundry and maid services are available at modest prices. Linen and towels furnished. Local manager speaks English and Spanish and has 20 years experience in hotel management. She is well equipped to make your stay comfortable and worry free. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal for exploring San Pedro. Walking distance to water taxi, restaurants, and right on the beach! Apartment was clean, fully stocked, and the host (Bob) went above and beyond for us. His communication was great, helped us get around, provided recommendations, and generally just a cool dude. If we get back to the island we will definitely stay here again.

Bob is a very nice and knowledgeable man. His place is nice and suited us just fine. He is right smack on the beach and right where you want to be to explore the town of san pedro. Thx Bob for a great affordable nice and clean place for our stay. If your not wanting to pay a fortune you need to stay here. I must mention JoJo, she is a neighbor and such a great lady, she also has alot knowledge of the area. We will stay again at Bobs place when we go back and we will definitely be visiting again. Bob thank you so much for all you do to make your renters feel welcome.

Great location if you are looking to walk around San Pedro. We walked everywhere with the exception of renting a golf cart for a day to visit secret beach. Some reviews had concerns about a lack of patio or view. We didn’t find that an issue, as the property is right on the beach with a dock. Bob was great about picking us up from our flight and also dropping us off at the water taxi on the way out.

Nice condo and well furnished and equipped. Some beautiful wood work on the doors and in the kitchen. It is centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and tour operators. Only a few minutes walk to almost anything you need.
Working with the owner and property managers was good. Bobby came in his golf cart and picked us up at the airport then returned us when we departed. Provided a good intro to the unit and the area.
The only drawback is that it is dark. The condo is not facing the ocean (which we knew). The building is hemmed in on both sides by other buildings. With the layout of the buildings, it makes this condo quite dark during the day even on sunny days. We were not there most days, so it was not a big issue. When we were there, we took the provided chairs and sat out in the front yard overlooking the ocean. Beautiful view. There is also a pier where you may sit with a great breeze.

This is a lovely place to stay in San Pedro. It is convenient, safe, and walkable to just about everything in the town of San Pedro (including restaurants, grocery stores, the airport, and snorkeling-excursion boat docks). Walking along the beach to the north or south was our favorite way to get around. Renting a golf cart was not necessary.
Bob, our host, was so great! He was kind enough to pick us up at the water taxi dock at the beginning of the stay, and to drop us off at the end of the stay in his golf cart. He even left a huge jug of drinking water for us. We really appreciated that touch. This has been one of our favorite places to stay, over the course of our world travels. Thank you so much to Bob and Yasmin!

This place was in a great location-close to everything and right on the beach. Just a short walk from the airport, water taxi, and lots of restaurants. It’s also right around the corner from a grocery but still tucked away enough to feel private. Quick response from hosts and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could need and the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend!

This property is very convenient to everything in San Pedro. We especially appreciated the spaciousness, the covered golf cart parking and the plentiful supply of filtered water. Kitchen is very well equipped! Only drawback was that there was no view from inside the condo. A bit like living in a cave. But the price was reasonable!

Close but no view
Loved that it was near the town of San Pedro.close to all the fun spots on the beach.Didnt like the lightning (dark) and no view of the ocean,but we knew that coming in.Overall it served our needs just fine for the five weeks we spent on Ambergris Caye.

Great Location and Place
5-stars. Everything about this place exceeded expectations and description. We travel a lot, the pictures and description are accurate. It’s not a luxury or high-end spot. It is an Excellent value if you don’t want or need a “resort” experience. Highly recommended and would stay here again.
The property manager picked us up in a golf cart and drove us to the unit. She was available via text during our stay and very responsive.
The unit had plenty of room for 2, and would have been fine for 3 (four would be tight in my opinion). It was very clean and tidy. There WiFi worked well and the TVs had lots of movie channels.
They provided fresh bottled water and the kitchen had equipment to prepare food (hot plate and microwave, no stove). Ideal for making breakfast, we dined out for lunch and dinner.
The location is about 3-5 minutes walk to the main town center and you can easily walk to everything you need, FANTASTIC.
The building is beach front, but our unit (#2) was on the inland side, directly behind the beach front unit. Not a problem for us as we were out and about all day. If you want to open your door and see the water, check your unit number or ask Mgmt! The building is off the main road, so it was quiet at night (we were there over New Year).
We did not need a golf cart (about $60US per day. If you want to do significant exploration, check the maps and you may want to rent one. However, we did not need it, and it was fine (would be fine even with kids)

Cozy place in the city
If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not your place but if you are looking for a convenient cozy location this place is spot on... Close to everything you need... Lots of food, stores, excursion shops, and the airport are all within a few blocks of walking.. The hosts are very nice and easy to work with and you have everything you need to feel at home!
