The hotel location was near the beach, in the beginning I was not expect that we will enjoy in Gandia but it was the perfect place, staff was very friendly, especially Mary Jose she was an exceptional host and she facilitate a lot of things

The staff was really smiley and helpful
The shower door didn't work properly and the water would come out of the shower, wetting the floor.

We're the nicest ladies you could meet- very helpful. Gave plenty of good local advice- buses, festivals etc. Would HIGHLY recommend 👌

The staff is very nice and helpful if you need information or a taxi, the location is perfect, close to the beach, room and bathroom are very clean, the shower is great
The furniture is a bit old, mattress could be a bit more comfortable

Nice hotel on a good and quiet location, close to the beach and shops. Breakfast selection was extensive.

Breakfast poor but with quality. Hope there was simple croissants(only chocolate and sweet ones).

A friendly and efficient hotel. The pool was great with good hours, clean and never overcrowded. The breakfast was excellent. The TV was very good. The bus stop is close by and there is a supermarket next to the hotel.
I guess the road next to the hotel and adjacent to the pool is busy at times, but that is the position of the hotel in Gandia. The price in hindsight seems a lot, but that may be just July rates.

Everything went very well, there is a market right behind the hotel, 4 blocks from the beach and many restaurants nearby.

At this moment we particularly liked how hotel was prepared for Covid19 situation. As example - breakfast was prepared in individual take away bags and included a variety of things - but you could also express your preferences and modify bags content. You could take this breakfast bag to your room, eat right away at the breakfast bar tables placed with safe distance, eat it by the hotel pool or where ever you like.
A little dated rooms, but still comfortable and not missing essential for good rest.

Everything about the hotel was excellent- staff very friendly- very clean and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants

The breakfast was not very nice. We got a sack with sweet bread we never shall choose. The bocadillo was not very nice too. Further okay. A few pieces of fruit and yoghurt. No muesli.
