Arriving at 23:00 there was no food available as the restaurant was closed, so I expected to be able to order room service. When I attempted to do so, nothing was available from the room service menu. I went down to restaurant and spoke with staff and agreed on a seafood pizza....when it arrived 3/4 hrs later it was only a cheese pizza. Shocking service! Breakfast also of poor quality.

The receptionist I talked to was extremely kind and helpful as he helped me deal with an issue with my reservation. Overall, the hotel staff was very welcoming and meticulous.

I am presently in the property on the 5th floor, on a 4 day business trip. The first thing I must say is that the team members at the hotel at all very friendly and helpful...😁😁😁 Bavo! It is however an older property with a lot of problems and challenges that the management does, seemingly, nothing to address: - on the first day, the Electronic lock on my room door did not work and the maintenance team had to come let me in - It must be one of the few properties worldwide that claims to be 4 stars but does not have a gym or fitness facility - The vents in the room and in the bathroom a dusty and moldy - There is no newspaper available on the property - The bathroom only offers two towels? - at eight in the morning the outdoor area was dirty and full of cigarette butts I wish you all happiness and a successful day Henri Stetter

The room safe did not work properly ( batteries down) and a technician had to be called for repair

Breakfast is varied, with excellent selection and high quality baked goods, fruits, etc. location is very convenient, with a great view of the ocean from each floor.

I am sure that I chose a room with ocean view, but realized when I looked at the booking.com confirmation that I had been given a room with city view. I'm not sure how that happened. A little disappointing.
