Ants, lizards and mouses are common visitors to appartment (see photos). This is one small old and shabby apartment, and name “Villa” is misleading fraudelant presentation. Just old and shabby very badly maintained. Fraud: Double beds are 140x190cm while in facility info stays “extra long beds >2m”. Madrasses are thin looks like 50 years old and they are covered with two layers non breatheble synthetic… probably to not be changed next 50 years (see photos). Carpentry is very bad conditions with torn mosquito nets or completely destroyed (only bathroom has functional mosquito net). Place is not quiet, there is very congested narrow road and cars often beeping. You dont get real oven, you get some small microwave like where you can bake just frozen croissants. Grill chimneys from downfloors are directed to your balcony so when any neighbour around makes food you can’t sit on balcony. Electricity distribution box is placed to low and does not have any protection door which is very hazardous for your children who can play with fuses. Entrance is not private and you enter at same side as your neighbour. Reception just ignored our feedback doing nothing to make things better and blaming Booking for bad information. They fraudentely charged 50€ for cleaning. No WiFi in the room but operator signal is also very weak and congested making you without internet.

The place is quiet Amazing seaview from the house and from the swimming pool The house is well-equipped and perfect for a long holydays and there is a BBQ outside It's easy to park right in front of the house.

The property is far from the city It's hard to find a path to walk to the beach (there is one but it's not indicated). The road is not really suitable to walk. I had to make my own bed There is no aircon in the room and the house is keeping warm at night

We stayed in a minivilla on the first floor (22) with a balcony and had a fantastic view over the landscape and the sea! Stunning, relaxing view!The villa is situated really perfect for visiting Palombaggia and Santa Giulia beaches ( Max 10 min with a car), as well as Porto Vecchio (15 min with a car) and Bonifacio ( about 30 min). Well equiped with Kitchen remedies, 10 min ride from supermarket. Every appartment had a grill place. So very good situated villa but You have to have a car. Locked area. Very quiet place. Good pool.

You have to be very careful with water! Never open warm water first- as You Can get burned. Always cold water first!! We liked insect nets over the Windows but unfortunately didnt close the balcony door for one Night ( which dont have insect net) and we Got bidden by mosquitoes really much that night. So remember to take mosquitoes spray, especially for children! Many people complain about the ants but we didnt really have Any maybe, because it was the first and not the Ground floor.

We found our stay as a sea of contrast. Staff members were kind enough to do their best to accelerate our check in as we arrived very early to Porto-Vecchio. But once we arrived they just show us the villa with no explanation about the area or any activities near by. We found the villa small for 4 people. We stayed two weeks and if we wanted to changes our bed clothes or bath towels we had to pay for that. The garden was nice but useless at night because of the mosquitoes. We had one sun umbrella and one sun bed broken. The pool is nice and the location is quite good to explore all the south of Corsica. The tennis court was in very good conditions and we played a lot.

Poor and old kitchen and bathroom. Difficult access in our car. Close to beautiful beaches but impossible to park in any of them unless you park in restaurants that charged horrendous price for low quality services an food. Beaches close to the place impossible to visit because they were completed crowded.
