Manager and Staff very friendly and helpful apart from the cleanliness under sofa I would definately

No breakfast. Location excellent. Right in the heart of Peurto Pollenca

I moved the sofa bed closer to tv and there was a lot of dust a condom in a packet and a tea bag

Enjoyable stay

Location was excellent overlooking the harbour and pine walk. It had a lovely balcony and was close to all amenities and restaurants. There was a lift so no need to lug suitcases up stairs. There was a maid service twice a week. It was well equipped with crockery, pans and utensils. The reception was manned most days of the week by a really helpful gentleman who spoke very good English. There was a communal washing machine. I felt it was good value for money for its location and would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very basic and needed some tlc. There were no cushions on the sofas and no table mats or coasters to put hot dishes on. There were no mugs apart from small cups. I’m not a fan of blankets but that’s a personal choice. The shower was good but the bath and tiles could do with being revamped. Although the Wi-Fi was good there was no English TV. There was a roof terrace outside my apartment which looked very untidy with panels off exposing rusty pipes. in the bedroom you can hear the generators from the restaurants below but they do go off at night. There is a bar just along the road which is open until all hours with inconsiderate patrons screaming and shouting at 3 o clock in the morning. Not sure if this happens all the time or just the people on holiday at that time.

Best views in the town. Close to everything but quiet. Sun on the balcony (sea view) till 2.

This is by far the best value for money, spacious and well equipped for the basics with comfort. Added to that has one of the best views from the balcony overlooking the Marina. Great for people watching and boats. Off the road so quiet too. Cannot wish for a better place to stay in this little town.

I did not like leaving.

Only stayed 4 nights it was definitely value for money, great location and we would stay again.

Pep the manager was at the apartments when we arrived, therefore we paid our bill and received the keys all in one go rather than having to meet up on another day which was great. Bedding and towels were spotless. Kitchen was fine everything you needed even washing up liquid, dishcloth, tea towels. Great location and enough bars and restaurants open in the area around the pine walks. Only a couple of bars open on the sea front but as it was winter we didn’t expect anything different.

As others have also commented the bathroom could do with updating or even just a new shower hose and head also a new microwave the kitchen area. If I am being picky floors looked like they had not been cleaned on our arrival.

Excellent location for Port de Pollensa. Hosts very good at responding via message. We were able to leave our bags in reception until our room was ready as we arrived early. Clean. Balcony. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores near by.

affordable flats in a great location, dated furniture

fantastic location and a great price, very spacious. friendly but not very accommodating personal. when we asked for an extra hour in a rain storm it was denied. we got really wet trying to get to our car on the last moment, not so nice.

the BEDS - old and worn out. the shower head was so clogged that i had to clean it first.

It was thoroughly enjoyable.

The location was ideal and the view and balcony were exceptional. Pity the weather wasn’t nicer but would certainly stay there again.

The only thing I would have liked would have been some coasters and place mats to protect the table.

Excellent location, amazing view. Apartment was very clean and spacious.

The apartment is a little dated. No hairdryer. Smell of drains in the bathroom. This would not deter us from staying there again. We really enjoyed it.

Big Apartment - much Space

From the bathroom an awfull (canal)-stench spread and filled the whole appartment. The handwashbasin was leaking and water dropped on the floor under the basin.

Location could not be any better, great terrace which was probably the highlight of the apartment and nice flat overall.

There were no toiletries or basic things for cooking (oil, salt, sugar or dishwashing liquid) or even coffee/tea. It does not make convenient cooking at home if you have to buy all of these. Flat was clean but the bath had a strange blue colour which didn't make inviting having a bath there at all. Also there was some noise at night coming from refrigerator or air conditioning system I guess.

Amazing views, fantastic value for money, the manager was so helpful with any questions/queries we had. Overall brilliant stay and would recommend to anyone!

The only thing I would say would be that it would be nice if the bins were emptied a bit more regularly.

Very impressed, just what we needed.

The host was quick at responding and always accommodated us when he could. Very helpful and polite staff and cleaners. The view and apartment was amazing.

Toilet flush wasn’t working properly but we contacted the owner and he ordered the parts to fix (but not by the time we left). He was helpful.
