Daz (?) and Peter were very nice!

Beds don't have curtains, plugs ("powerpoints") or lights near them. No real doors in the showers and toilets (only american-style partitions that do not provide intimacy). There is no heating or AC system inside the rooms. More importantly, the place isn't suitable for travellers: almost all guests are long term residents who are given special privileges by management. When a woman in my dorm spent half the night screaming in her phone, I was told that a) she could not be moved to another room because "she was a long term resident" and b) it was best not to say something to her as things would get "awkward" for me otherwise. I was offer to change rooms myself, even though I did nothing wrong (!!!) but was not even offered a discount or an apology, either by management or the woman herself. So long term residents are allowed to disrespect other guests. And that shows. They bang the doors and listen to loud music at 6 in the morning, walk around shirtless, sleep on the couch in the main room... In a nutshell, an horrible place for travellers!

The lady I spoke with at reception was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and uncluttered. Great wifi.

The staff and guests mad it quite unique people from all over the Pacifica enjoying and living with a happy place no aggressive people at all wonderful stay close to every thing a Sunday in the park simply the best
