Great apartment for a week long stay!

Location is perfect for walking to all the tourist spots! Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Rooftop pool lovely and never crowded.

As per most hotels in Malaysia, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Not the hotels fault though.

Disappointing

I have always stayed in this hotel whenever I’m in KL for work.

The room I got this time was quite bad. Water leaking from bathroom to bedroom and it was really bad until flooded. I didn’t wanna write a bad review so I made a complaint to the reception but my complain was not taken seriously by the staff. So I am disappointed! The room is 3104. If you get the same room please do check it first or else you gonna spoil your clothes, things and peace

Clean and cozy

Very clean and walking distance to Pavilion mall. Bed was comfortable.

The room is small and the pool had no shaded area and no umbrellas. Breakfast was not good and they would not allow me to take the remainder of my coffee to my room

Very much recommended to stay in this hotel, i will stay again

Large room, clean and very nice view from window, Had washing machine with dryer which was convenient, The staff was nice and upgraded my room. Dining area was convenient if just wanna get something in hotel I call upon few of my friends with family to stay over, they were very happy staying here as well. Breakfast was not bad.

the parking a but narrow, but mostly city centre parking has this issues

Good choice for family travel

Big and clean! The room was spacious with two separated bedrooms and two bathrooms which was super convenient for family traveling together. Rooms were clean and location was good.

The bathroom in the smaller bedroom smells bad.

Decent value for money in the end

Great location, walking distance to the majority of sights. Room was spacious and fairly well provided for

Chose the place as advertised as having a washer/dryer. The washing part worked well but the dryer made very little effect. The roof top pool has renovations going on so half of the decking area is behind builders boards. Lots of noisy work going on. We only found a couple of staff who were pleasant. The remainder did not crack a smile once.

Overall, a great stay!

The room was nice and spacious with plenty of amenities. The staff was kind and the location was great - right next to the KL tower. Also the best part was that I got a free upgrade in room!

The Best Hotel!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever been to in Malaysia. Room was spacious, very clean, bed cozy and comfortable, shower was good. This is my regular hotel, whenever I have work in KL I will only stay in this hotel. This time the hotel upgraded my room to a huge beautiful room. It was amazing. Thank you so much! 🥹

Good location, friendly staff, clean general areas, rooms could be better.

My partner and I stayed for 1 week and really enjoyed using the gym and swimming pool. The lobby and dining areas were very clean, staff were very friendly and always helpful.

Our room could have been cleaner - there was mould in the bathroom, back of bedroom and bathroom doors were unclean, walls had food marks from previous people, etc. There was also a putrid smell coming from one of the walls, we suspect it could be plumbing related, as the smell would progressively become stronger and weaker throughout the day (toilets flushing). Bedroom TV was also very old.

facilities semua ok. ada sediakan jajan dan gula gula utk anak anak kecil. staff semua baik baik. bilik bersih. kolam cantik

yang kurang berminat nak makan dia punya hotel breakfast buffet mcm was was tkut tak halal sbb nampak foreigner dkt dapur dan bersebelahan dengan jual arak. dalam setiap bilik ada kita bible which is not muslim friendly. hati hati dlm penggunaan pinggan mangkuk disitu. kolam pula dipenuhi foreigner yg seksi berendam beramai ramai dlm kolam. nak bawak anak mandi agak sukar last last masuk bilik balik.

L'emplacement était parfait, l'appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé (machine à laver avec sèche linge) et la possibilité de prendre petit-déjeuner et repas au restaurant est un plus !

La piscine n'est pas vraiment mise en valeur (des panneaux en plastique vieillissant manquent une partie de la vue), alors qu'elle surplomve un panorama époustouflant !

Belle expérience à Kuala Lumpur!

Hôtel idéalement situé entre les tours Petronas, la KL tower et Jalan Alor! La piscine en roof top est belle, spacieuse et propre. Les serviettes sont fournies par l'hôtel! La chambre, ou plutôt l'appartement, était gigantesque et propre! Nous avons été surclassés à notre grande surprise!

Il existe un petit bar qui a l'air abandonné sur le roof top ce qui est bien dommage parce que cela aurait été appréciable qu'il soit ouvert!

Another great stay at a hotel which we have continued staying for ages!

The receptionist recognized us and gave us a complimentary upgrade which was nice. The property is well kept n maintained.

The washing machine while worked well, it was noisy. But small issue. Other than that, nothing to dislike really.

The decoration is beautiful and the bed is comfortable.

There is urine stains on the toilet seat on the first day we arrive and there is no comforter on our bed as well. During the 4 days staying, our key card disconnection and wifi password also changing and we need to ask for help actively without any advanced notification.

Good facility only spoilt by the loud music

honestly the location, price and cleanliness was good. the sore points is that the disco next to the building. the boom sounds is so irritating that you couldn't sleep at nite. its pity the nice apartment is spoilt by the dance sounds. if you are ok with loud music or the loud music keeps ypu energised, then be their guest.

Superb

Great facilities in the room - the washing machine and dryer was a great touch. Location was ideal between Bukit Bintang and also the Petronas towers area.

There was a couple of cobwebs in the corners near the window with spiders on. Other than that everything was top notch.
