Pleasant hosts, cleanliness and spaciousness. The pool and BBQ area were especially welcome.
Maybe one of the rooms could be bigger, or could have a wider bed.

OMG, what a gem of a Home Stay!! I arrived late at night and Jodi came to greet me and showed me around the house.
The room was all I needed, including a desk and a settee to put my case on.
The house is fantastic. Jodi and Kyle are so organised, each suite has a place in the fridges, freezer and pantry to store their goodies!
Breakfast consists of a choice of toast, yoghurt, different cereals, apple and orange juice, plus all the condiments.
If you wish to make your own breakfast that is possible too.
There is also an expresso coffee machine - yum!
There is a delightful pool with a bar area, bar stools, large table with chairs, a beautiful new decking area and a spa.
Inside there is also a cinema room with lots of movies, pool table, a library of books, and a gym.
There is a washing machine and dryer there for your convenience at a slight cost.
Jodie and Kyle also have bicycles that you can use.
They have a many brochures available and will discuss with you where you want to go.
Plenty of off road parking in front of the house.

i was amazed with the friendliness of the people i met there , the room was perfectly clean and comfortable, especially the bed. as a 59yo who's travelled a bit I give two thumbs up , 100 PERCENT value for money.

The home is beautiful. With a gorgeous backyard in a beautiful area. A nice walk to Mullalloo beach. I really enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous outdoor area to enjoy the sun by the pool and eat dinner under the gorgeous fairylights at night.
I also loved the cinema room.

Ocean Reef homestay is immaculate, the room with en-suite was large & clean.
The communial kitchen was massive & had everything you needed & more. The cinema room was lovely, although we didn't actually use it. The pool table was a REAL added bonus, we played a lot. The swimming pool was great, a nice size & very clean. The bar area next to the swimming pool was nice & spacious, clean & a lovely place to sit & have a sundowner. There was also a spa for guests to enjoy.
Ocean reef is amazing, cannot recommend it highly enough. Will definately stay there again if in the area.

We spent there a night before heading north. We could have easily stayed there a few days longer. It was just great: big (shared) kitchen with everything you need, a pool, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and toilet.
Nothing to say here.

That couldn't afford another night or 10 lol it's my 40th sat and I'd rather be.there chilaxin then where I currently live, it's not very safe. Tbh half the time I'm scared to fall asleep, sorry ya didn't need my life story sorry

Clean, everything provided, modern, luxurious in places, thestee and pool table, games provide, outdoor area superb. Room and shared bathroom facilities very nice. Breakfast available covered all of my needs.
Used the hand soap on the bathroom sink when i showered and no other soap provided. Not sure if that was in the information and i missed it. No complaints otherwise.

Be checking on the expiry dates of some of your kitchen stuff. The bread in the kitchen was expired

the hosts were friendly and the place had all the amenities you need.
The cinema was a nice treat.
The mould in the house especially gym, around the spa, bathrooms and under the grass/wood areas is extreme, I'm not sure how they don't smell it but it is impossible to stay in the area long without suffering. We would have loved to use the spa more than once but after the first time we couldn't go back in that area. One of the girls is allergic to mould and she suffered extreme head cold systems which after a full day away from the property is now starting to lift.
Also mattresses are a bit lumpy and some beds creak quite loudly disturbing the second person in the bed.
Be aware also that as it is a shared place there is a volume expectation so no loud chatting/giggling outside after 8pm on a Sunday night due to other guests.
