The Management staff was professional, available and accommodating. We had 12 teens that were able to be comfortable and enjoy this spacious, beautiful home and pool. In addition to be safe in a gated, secured community. We will be back. Excellent choice indeed.

This house was a great size for our large group of 20. Walking distance to the clubhouse and pool was a plus. My only complaints were that the kitchen is not well enough stocked with pots pans bowls serving platters etc if you plan to cook. We bought a bunch of foil pans because there just wasn’t enough. And the hot water heater must be small because we were constantly out of hot water. Even with half the group trying to shower mornings and some showering evenings. Other than that the beds were great, the layout of the home is great and the garage as a game room was perfect for all the kiddos.

This property was everything and more. My family and I enjoyed everything about the property. The property was immaculate and well-stocked, and the owner and property manager were very responsive. Kathy checked in mid-way through our stay to ensure everything was great! I would recommend this property a million times.

My family and I came to town for my cousins engagement dinner. We rented this beautiful spacious home and we loved it. Very well stocked and everything was great. Kathy was great she was available and answered any question I had even before we arrived. She made everything so easy for us during check and check out. This was our second time staying at this property. Had minor issue with A.C but issue was resolved. Very busy street quite a few renters in that area. Pool was too cold for us to enjoy at night, should have paid extra to have it heated. Besides that the house was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay again but only in the off season. Due to traffic, It took close to an hour each way to get to the universal parks.

Our Women's Beach Volleyball team loved their stay. The host was incredibly responsive and checked in frequently to make sure everything was ok! Kathy was thoughtful and thorough!! The house was clean and the pool was great. The location was also ideal! Thank you so much!!! We will definitely be back!

Property was in great shape. Everything was in working order. The chest freezer was a welcome amenity. Property owner was reachable if needed and accommodated all of our needs. We had 12 men on a golf weekend and the property was a perfect size to accommodate us all. I would highly recommend the owner and property for your stay.

Pool heat & spa only worked 3 out of 7 days. Why? Heat in the home would not come on, only the last day out of 7. Please explain. Water leaked from the ice maker & garbage disposal on the kitchen floor & under the sink. We called & got the runaround. I & my fellow refs deserve some type of compensation. We really needed the pool & spa heat after refing all day.

Overall, we had a great experience at this property. Pros: Plenty of room for our family of 15. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and Orlando attractions. Very clean and spacious house. Fantastic community with great amenities. Cons: The interior furniture was very worn and had damage (rips in couches, broken dining room chairs), the outdoor pool cushions were stained and dirty and the games in the game room/garage were broken and needed to be replaced.

We had a family of 14, ages 4 to 45, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The kids loved the theme rooms and the other bedrooms weee tastefully decorated and entire house was very clean. We felt at home. Location is close to Disney parks and Publix is less than 2 miles away. We planned a down day and with the clubhouse and pool, no one was bored. Would absolutely stay here again if we get back to Disney!

My Host Kathy was extremely communicative with me every step of the way from beginning to end! The house was AMAZING, super clean, comfortable for my family. It was only 11 of us celebrating my Mothers 90th Birthday, exclusive to Mom and her 8 living adult children! The house sleeps 22! The fridge is great, the appliances were great, the house even has a deep freezer, which we ended up using, we only cooked two meals and had remaining meals catered. The china and the silverware and glassware was top notch and amazing, toaster, blender, microwave, just everything reminded us of being at our own home. The deck hot tub and the pool was lovely, she has a very nice grill on the deck, we spent a lot of time inside and out, the beds were very comfortable, the host made some extra concessions for me and my family that were extremely appreciated!!! I will definitely stay at this house again and will use the same host. The house was centrally located to Publix 1.7 Miles’s away, just nothing bad to say about our 4 day weekend! Just superb!! EVERYTHING WE WANTED AND MORE!!!

The property was spacious and clean. The listing was accurate as compared to the actual house. All the bathrooms were surprising large and management company was very responsive with communication. There were a few minor items that needed repair like one door handle, towel bar and faucet but all functional. Overall, great value and enjoyable stay.

Owner really needs to take house off of VRBO until she gets the house cleaned and disinfected. Bugs are really bad. Not just roaches but bed bugs. Ruined our 4th of July because roaches were everywhere. Well it ruined our entire week because we were paranoid about taking bugs back home with us. Got to do better. Don’t take peoples money and knowing your house is roach and bug infested

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The house is very spacious. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The property was very easy to access, the only concern was the wifi password was in the email and was very long so the kids found it difficult to sign in would have been nice to have the wifi name/password in a manual on the counter for easy access and a shorter password for convenience. Ms. Kathy the owner was very responsive and checked on me and my family throught out the stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils and cookware was very pleased this made our meals quick and easy! Overall we enjoyed our stay and we love to stay again.

It was a beautiful home but was very, very dirty. The property manager was rude but the actual owner was very sweet. I suggest the owner hires a much better cleaning crew and a property manager. It was so dirty that we found bed bugs. People need to check their beds and headboards before they sleep anywhere. I do not blame the owner as she lives far away and trusted her property manager. It’s completely the property managers fault, also, once I confronted the manager she ghosted me as well which forced me to contact the owner. The home is a very beautiful home and it’s a wonderful community that’s gated. I know the home has been cleaned finally and taken care of but still be cautious to be on the safe side. The owner did not hesitate to give us a full refund, which we got within 2-3 days. Thank you.

Oh my goodness, this worked out perfectly!! The location of the house was on a corner lot which was super for our group. It is within walking distance of the clubhouse. The home was a wonderful fit for our group of 13. Kathy, the homeowner, was patient, kind and very attentive. I'd recommend her to anyone!!

Check in was extremely easy! We had 19 family members total and entering in went smoothly for all. The location is perfect very close to community pool, as well As grocery stores and restaurants in Champions Gate. We’ve been to Disney with our family of 8 several years in a row (aside from 2020), and this house by far has been our best experience! We will definitely rent again!!

The house was exactly what was pictured. It was absolutely amazing!! It was close to everything and anything we needed. The kids enjoyed the resort at its best time. The pool was one the best features and hot tub for us! If we didn’t plan to go to attractions we could have stayed at the house all day everyday! This will definitely be return for us as it is so close to my family down there was only 30 mins to go visit them. The property manager was amazing we couldn’t figure out the WiFi but they were very responsive within minutes and helped us figure it out even after 10 at night. Love this place

Just a nice large house, great location in Champions Gate, and very clean and up to date including a terrific small pool and a game room. This was the 4th annual Disney vacation for our family (3 young kids and 8 adults) and we had a very enjoyable and pleasant time/experience in/with this house. The Owner, Kathy, is excellent and very responsive,. We had one unfortunate issue with the heater during a cold night, both the property manager and the owner got engaged immediately and had a repairman on site and had the problem fixed as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this house.

The house was clean and spacious. It perfectly served our family ranging in ages from 3-91. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a great time in the pool and shared spirited family competitions in the game room. Kathy was very responsive and helpful. Improved wifi would make this great house even better!
