Beautiful clean house. Lovely decorations all around it which make you feel comfortable. Great well maintained garden and several terraces with various places to relax. Full of greenery around. For the walking enthousiasts, the woods on the way to Siviri are picturesque (roughly 40 minutes on foot to Masoutis supermarket and 50 to the beach in Siviri).

We found some hairs in the drain in one of the bathrooms, but I guess this is just some minor detail they forgot to clean out, because apart from that, the house was very clean and tidy; so this didn't change our overall positive impression and nice time there :) we recommend it 100%

One of the cleanest properties I have stayed at. So many cleaning products available, tablets for the dishwasher, tablets for the washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is everything one may need. The garden is huge, we were two families with 4 children altogether and they had a blast outside + the BBQ was excellent.

We would recommend adding storage options for the guests that are staying on the ground and on the -1 floor. There is too much furniture for sitting/sleeping but not enough, if any, places to store one's belongings. The house is perfect for one huge family or for two families but with children older than 7-8. For our configuration - two families with two small children each, the floor plan was not optimal. One of the houses next door has three big dogs that did not stop barking all day long. I know that it doesn't depend on the owner of Princess Graden but it's important to be said.

The villa was perfect! Great facilities. The location is perfect for family vacation with children and little dogs :) very peaceful. There was a great playground in the backyard for little children which is really good . The kids love it !

Perfect place to stay for two families with kids. Short distance driving to nice beaches. Calm and silent area.

I really liked the atmosphere, the back yard and all the amenities the villa had. The attitude and responsiveness of the owners was excellent!

There is nothing i didn't like!
