Great location. Bungalow exteriors and property were nice enough. Breakfast buffet was FABULOUS! Best pineapple I’ve ever had in my life.
Staff do not speak English. They were completely unresponsive to emails, messages, and attempts to reach the property before an after our stay. Drinks at the bar outside the resort were not great.

Anlage an sich sehr schön, Nähe zum Strand und zum Flughafen, kostenloser Flughafentransfer, Pool und Fitnessraum, relativ ruhig, guter Kaffee beim Frühstück, Bar Menü super, positiv überrascht von der Nachhaltigkeit (Glasflaschen, weniger Plastik als in anderen Hotels bei z. B. Hygiensets im Bad), viele nette Strandrestaurants in der Nähe
für 4 Sterne eine geringe Auswahl sowie mangelhafte Qualität mancher Speisen beim Frühstück, Klimaanlage hat getropft, Interior etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Sauberkeit lässt viel Potenzial nach oben
Das Housekeeping schafft es nicht, alle Punkte ihrer Lidte abzuarbeiten. Fast jeden Tag fehlte etwas. Meistens die Strandhandtücher. Die anderen Handtücher waren fleckig oder wurden nicht getauscht. Dann fehlte Toilettenpapier oder das Trinkwasser. Auch nach mehrfacher Beschwerde trat nur eine geringe Verbesserung ein.
Das Restaurant ist gut aber leider total dreckig. Die Menüs fallen suseinander und sind nur mit Überwindung anzufassen.

passati 3 giorni lo scorso anno in questo resort siamo tornati poiché bello e immerso nel verde all'interno di un parco nazionale dove fare piacevoli camminate,bella piscina,palestra discreta,camera grande e confortevole con bagno ampio e veranda.Lo scorso anno avevo trovato lo staff un po troppo distaccato dal cliente,ma quest'anno perfetto.Tutti molto gentili sorridenti e disponibili.Colazione,come scrive qualcuno,sicuramente non vastissima soprattutto per occidentali,ma per me è andata benissimo,Resort più che consigliato.
la doccia non aveva una grande pressione ,forse da rivedere il soffione,ma è un appunto non certo un reclamo poiché tutto perfetto.

Love the bungalow. Much more luxurious inside than the outside suggest. Plenty of room to move around, comfy bed, large bathroom with great shower space. Location is great to, sits at the gate to the National Park and a 5min walk from the main attractions and beach. A nice spot to escape the craziness of Patong and a good stop over before flying out of Phuket as its only 5-10min drive from the Airport (Free airport transfer).
Breakfast...Not enough variety and the few selections are not very good. The Thai food options are mainly catered to foreigners but was hoping for more classic styles like noodle soup...
Coffee machine is ok, need to have a barista than can make good coffee on request.

Nähe zum Flughafen und kostenloses Shuttle dorthin. Toller großer und sehr gepflegter Pool. Personal war sehr bemüht und nett. Schöne Anlage und sauberes Zimmer.
Die Stege zu den Bungalows waren morsch und man musste gucken wo man hin tritt. Leider wird die Anlage gerade vergrößert deshalb Baustelle und Lärm an Tag.

Tolle Lage an einem sehr ruhigen Strandabschnitt. Gepflegte Bungalowanlage mit Pool und Poolbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig mit frischem Salat und Obst, verschiedenen Säften, Müsli, Gebäck und auch chinesische Dumplings und thailändische Gerichte. Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Gutes Restaurant am Abend, aber fußläufig auch andere nette Restaurants direkt am Strand und im Sand. Im Vergleich zu Patong und anderen Orten auf Phuket, echt noch schön ruhig.
Nur eine Kaffeemaschine für alle Gäste ist zu wenig. Da wartet man immer.
Kopfkissen haben ein bisschen gerochen. Müssten vielleicht auch ab und zu gereinigt werden.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Zimmer in tropisch bewachsener Umgebung. Nur wenige Meter zum ewig langen Sandstrand. Großer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Gutes, reichliches Frühstück. Nähe zum Flughafen.
Etwas abgelegen zu den nächsten Restaurants und Streetfood sowie den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Halbinsel Phuket.

Wir waren 4 Tage in dem Hotel , wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen , und das ganz sicher !
Die Anlage war top sauber , der Service bis auf die Rezeption, dazu später mehr .
Die lage top , Frühstück top , das personal top !
Nichts war von Fluglärm zuhören.
Einfach ankommen und die Ruhe , auch am sauberen Strand genießen !
Die Mädels am Frühstück buffet erfühlen jeden Wunsch wenn man danach fragt !
Die Rezeption , wir kamen um 10.00 Uhr an ? Fragten ab wann wir ins Zimmer dürfen ?
Kalte Antwort der Dame vor 14.00 nicht !
Wir kamen uns vor als wären wir kleine Kinder !
Es stellte sich nachher heraus das unser Bungalow frei und sauber war !!
Beim checkout , überprüften sie unser Zimmer, was natürlich normal ist .
Wir haben kurz vorher noch geduscht !
Dann kam eine Zimmer Dame und sagte wir haben ein Handtuch versaut !!! Mit blauer oder grüner Farbe ! Wer bitte nimmt diese Farben mit in den Urlaub ? Ich erklärte ihr das das Duschgel ist , zeigte mein Duschgel dazu !
Die Dame an der Rezeption eiskalt nein das ist Farbe !
Und verlangte 800baht !!
Wir haben nichts bezahlt !
War aber eine absolute Frechheit !

Exceptional staff who greeted us with a free upgrade to a super - sized bungalow on arrival. It was palatial, set in surrounding tropical plants and trees - so romantic as we were in Thailand celebrating 40 years married since 1984. Beach right outside to watch the sun go down followed by a swim in the sea and then the magnificent pool to cool off before a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant with a live 3 - piece band playing easy listening favourites, the perfect ambiance to round off a perfect day. Room was super quiet and beds were super comfy for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also v tasty before we were transferred to the airport in the lap of luxury (transfers to and from the airport courtesy of the hotel)
Nothing! We had a fantastic time here - only regret is we toured Phuket and Koh Samui and only stayed here for one night as it was close to the airport. Should have stayed longer!

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de los negocios y restaurantes y en frente de la playa. Los atardeceres son magníficos. La zona de piscina está muy bien!
La gente del restaurante, los housekeeper y demás personas han sido muy amables ☺️
Dos cosas:
1. La recepcionista antipática. Para nada amable lo cual ha hecho que la estadía no sea lo que esperaba.
2. La habitación y todo el complejo tenían un problema de agua. El color del agua que salía de la canilla era amarillenta. Pudimos bañarnos, pero claro, lavarse los dientes por ejemplo tuvimos que pedir más botellas de agua. Nos dijeron que se solucionaría en 1 día y eso no fue así. Estuvimos las dos noches, sin poder usar 100% las instalaciones, lo cual me parece bastante injusto dado que uno paga por el uso de las instalaciones que en booking figura. Además de que el lavabo de nuestra habitación estaba roto y tapado.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice vibe around the hotel. We only stayed one night, pool looked decent and busy.
We only had one breakfast here, and came toward the end of it, and at this point it wasn’t very appealing. May have been amazing earlier on though. Would advise team to ensure food quality throughout breakfast, or perhaps end it 30 minutes sooner.

The location for the resort was great, it is literally in front of the beach, which made it a very relaxing holiday. The staff also upgraded the room on our arrival. And the rooms were very comfortable and secluded with the balcony that a very nice view.
The rooms did not include breakfast for such a high price paid, which made it a little less value for money.
Also, I had requested for a cake to be sent at midnight for the birthday (which I had previously written to them about and also reminded upon check in). But they forgot to send it and also did not answer their phones at the time. Then they just left it in out fridge the next day when we were out so we discovered it 1.5 days later. They could have been more professional about that.

It is very unique and cosy. The personnel is super nice. Breakfast was so far the best (we stayed at 2 other hotels) - warm meals changing every morning, fruits, yogurts, muesli with coconut milk etc (photo of breakfast area enclosed). Airport transfers are for free (paid in the other hotels)

Excellent location adjacent to the beach, National Park, local shopping and restaurants. Good local walks and excellent nearby coffee and ATMs. Return to the hotel to a big warm swimming pool. Bliss
Hotel shop was not open during our stay. The restaurant was closed without notice for a private function leaving us with no choice but to leave the property for an evening meal. Staff went out of their way to attend to the malfunctioning room safe.

Nice staff and relaxed atmosphere around the site, pool is good and having Boss Bar on site is nice.
They insist on this check out by 12 no check in before 2 pm, this causes queues at reception where the girl panics and everyone become more frustrated, surely there is a better way to handle this.

Schöne Anlage mit guter Ausstattung. Richtig guter Fitnessraum mit modernen und funktionierenden Geräten, großer Pool und gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Gute Lage in Flughafennähe ohne dass diese hörbar sind.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war im Vorfeld schwierig. Ohne Infos wurde die erste Buchung plötzlich storniert, auf mehrere Anfrage gab es leider keine Antwort. Die 2. Buchung über Booking wurde dann akzeptiert.

Nice quiet location across the street from a peaceful beach. Easy 5 minute walk into small town w ample restaurants , shops, massage, etc. Great pool. Breakfast is heavily skewed Asian, but also enough western choices. Easy to rent scooters nearby.
Shower was beautiful but hot water and pressure were inconsistent. Minor issue in the big picture. National park is a bit of a joke. Don’t pay the 200 baht for entrance fee because the hotel is just inside its boundaries.

The location was exceptional, there is a town at walking distance where you can found, massages, restaurants, convenience shops, and kiosk with traditional and street food. There is tons of people that can offer attractions in all Phuket such, elephant feeding, trekking, kayak and all the rest of stuff. There is a very nice beach just in front of the resort and its clean and beautiful. All the personal treat us fantastic and the facilities are very quiet and relaxing.
The breakfast it is quite monotonous (Eggs, sausages and Thai Food), but its Ok, the taste its good and the fruits are awesome.

Śniadania urozmaicone i smaczne. Codziennie wszystko dokładnie sprzątane i uzupełniana woda. Plaża piękna niezatłoczona ,łagodne zejście. W pobliżu dużo barów i restauracji, lokalny targ. Warto zwiedzić Park Sirinat nieopodal. Spędziliśmy 5 cudownych dni. Uwaga, kapcie w pokoju nie są jednorazowe.

Lage ist Klasse. Direkt Strandnähe und direkt an der Ortschaft, an der man sich kulinarisch vielfältig köstigen kann.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, the breakfasts were really nice and the rooms were comfortable - the beds were good and the bathroom was nice and new looking. The location for us was great, walking distance to food and markets, plus close to airport for our departure.

Die Bungalows haben, was man braucht und befinden sich in einem gepflegten Garten. Durch den Abstand der Doppelhäuser ist es ruhig. Uns hat die Atmosphäre der Gegend (direkt Lage an der Küstenstraße, tief fliegende Flugzeuge am Strand) nicht gefallen, aber dafür trägt das Hotel nicht die Verantwortung. An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr freundlich unterstützt z.B. bei der Taxivermittlung. Insgesamt eine ordentliche Unterkunft kurz vor dem Heimflug mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

We were upgraded to Family Room (19), it is the last one in the row close to the forest. Good location in terms of relax.

Too many mosquitoes!!! Staff is doing nothing with them. It was our 3d hotel within Phuket vacation, every hotel has either anti-mosquitoes treatment or at least canopy over the bed.
Room cleaning is very poor. Actually they just change towels and remove garbage from the most visible places
The gym is impressive from the first sight, but in reality most of the equipment is out of the order
