In Ordnung

Die Wohnung ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Alles notwendige (Geschirr, WLAN, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage) ist vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Gigantische Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das Hafenviertel erreicht man in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Wie bereits in vielen Bewertungen gelesen, könnte die Unterkunft sauberer sein bzw. teils erneuert werden. Die Polster der Sofamöbel sowie Stühle waren verfleckt, im Bad waren kleine Ameisen und leider fremde schwarze Haare, die Wohnungstüre schloss nur bei Abschließung, der Griff zum Balkon hatte sich gelöst (war schon gelöst und wurde wohl provisorisch wieder angebracht).

There aren't bed lamps. There aren't switches close the bed to turn on off the light. You have to get up at dark. Not answer by whatsapp and telephone from the manager, Ismael, when I was 10' closed at the corridor. I phones 3 times

Nice modern apartment in a great location but in bad need of maintenance and cleaning

Great location. Easy check in and check out. Modern building and apartment.

The apartment is not clean and needs maintenance. Many of the walls have dirty marks on them. The sofas in the lounge are stained. One towel was dirty. There was grease dripping from the hob over the stove. There was a problem with large ants in the apartment. The wooden floors are coming apart and they used masking tape to try and fix the floors.

Another great stay

This is my second time staying at the Citadelle Mall Apartments. I have stayed in two seperate apartments and both were very comfortable. I use them for when I am working in Mauritius, and most of my work is in Port Louis. The apartments have showers with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The views from both apartments were lovely, looking over the city. The air con works well. The staff a friendly and helpful and are available from 8 am to about 4 or 5 pm. I arrived on an early flight and they allowed me to check in early. Most of the city of PL closes down early and the streets are mostly empty. There are only a few places to grab dinner. Namo Indian is one such place that closes at 6.00 pm. Most other places close at 4 or 5 PM.

Cleanliness. Clean linen, clean bathrooms. Great security. Incredibly, conveniently central.

Street lights at night are not too good, so I was not comfortable to walk around

great place to be if you are in the city for business or shopping.

having 3 bedrooms in one apartment was very nice for us. it’s situated at a great location, nice view of the capital city seaport.

maybe both bedrooms could have a double bed, as the single bed in one of the rooms is really small for an X-size adult

it was ok because we did not intend on spending the days at the apartment but out exploring

spacious and very much so. also clean.

poorly equipped kitchen when we arrived. it’s like they were not prepared for us. A family of 5 getting into a 3bedroomed apartment with 2 dinner plates , 4 tea cups, no mixing bowl, water glasses, no dishcloth or hand towel. we asked for additional kitchen equipment and we got exactly 5 tea cups and 5 dinner plates, spoons etc etc. no grater, no cooking stick except for egg turner. Got hand towel the night before our departure. Property owners need to look at making their kitchen a functional one especially for those that would have specifically looked for self catering apartments in order to cook their own meals. A mop and kitchen swab are also necessary to have in the apartment, in the event of accidental spills etc etc.

I have been staying at Citadelle for about 5 years now every 3 to 4 months when I visit Mauritius on business... it’s conveniently located for my purposes as the head office of my client is in Bell Village Port Louis. Ismael the building Manager whom I deal with is great and always willing to assist and nothing is too much trouble... I highly recommend Citadelle to business users and even tourists as it’s close to the City centre and markets as well as walking distance to the Cuadan Waterfront

Good stay for a few days

Spacious, clean, comfortable and great view!

Better buy food, water and anything u need in advance,there is a fruit vendor nearby and pizza shop which are open post 8pm but that’s more or less it. To find parking - better call owner in advance, impossible to find))

Great option for week-long stay in the city

Gorgeous view of harbour from corner apartment balcony. 24h security on-site. Courteous personnel. Our flight back was late in the day and the manager graciously let us keep the apartment until late afternoon, free of charge.

Not a major inconvenience, but store candy and cookies in airtight containers or ants will get to them.

Good place for families and groups, but beware the utter lack of nearby options at night

The apartment is very large and well-maintained. It's great for families and groups of friends. Nice view of the city. Staff was very helpful. Location is within walking distance to most things in Port Louis.

Nothing open at night around the building -- no markets, no restaurants, etc. This is a very commercial area which is dead in non-business hours. If you're in Port Louis for tourism, if you can afford it, accomodations in Caudan Waterfront are a better choice, because you will be slightly closer to interesting places, and have non-zero access to things to do at night. Parking is annoying. I had to drive 4 stories up until my unit's parking spot, and the ramps between floors are single-lane, so you have to wait if there is someone going in the other direction. Pretend the balcony is not there -- it's small and taken by the ACs' external units.

Due to Covid related regulatory requirements unable to offer basic stocks like water bottles in the unit. Parking is a complex system and needs guiding
